thanks!! i was thinking maybe starting with the parm salad and having the penne ( i know for a fact the servings are pretty small so the pasta would probably be about 2.5 cups)... OR starting with a soup and havign the crab meat salad as my entree... what do you think?? i have no idea how many calories would be in the crab meat salad

no i dont think its allergies.. this happens to me alot too and ive always wondered why! everytime i try and take a dee breath after jogging i have to cough a little... any other ideas other than allergies? im sorry i dont have any but i definitely know what you mean!

ive regained 10 lbs too!! starting today im going t get back on track. this kind of thread really helps me out when i see other people falling off the wagon and then actually doing soemthing about it instead of just letting it all pile back on.

hey ornella! im the same way. ive definitely heard the term skinny fat before and that is what i am as well! im 5'10'' 120-125 lbs and maintaining on 1800-2000 calories a day with very little excersize.. i too feel a little flabby in the tummy area where i used to have a six pack and id like to tone up as well without losing any weight! dont listen to archer. youre beautiful and i completely understand and am here for you!

hi is it too late to join? after suffering with a borderline ed i have been eatinghealthier for almost a 9 months now but still struggle with binge eating! i definitely need some encouragement and someone to hold me accountable!

smart ones mac and cheese!!!! only 270 cals for 10 ounces which is a ton!!! definitely a healthier version of mac and cheese.. and its really cheesy!!!

you know what dm8?? ive actually read quite a few posts where you fail to be considerate for others feelings and im starting to get ticked off. you dont know this person or why they are the way that they are. i just dont see why or how you can get off just being plain rude. you need help and thats really sad.

2 kashi honey oat waffles + sugar free syrup + raspberries

Lunch:

1 grilled sliced zucchini + 1 grilled sliced squash + lighten up balsamic vinagrette

1 amy's hashbrowns and veggies with tofu meal

raspberries + strawberries + blueberries

Snack:

1 vanilla pudding + 1/2 cup canned pumpkin + pumpkin spice

Dinner:

1 baked sweet potato + 1 amy's cheese pizza

Halloween movie snack:

1 packet unbuttered popcorn!

im a college kid just trying to maintain!!! its not so much the food thats the hard part ( my school has tons of healthy options and most of the calorie content for everything).. its the drinking 3 nights a week and all day long tailgaits that get me!!! im 120 ish lbs.. small frame 5'9''... usually eating around 1500 cals a day.. exersizing 2-3 days a week for 30 min if i can.. and walking everywhere including always taking the stairs to my dorm room on the 5th floor! haha

yeah the restaurant is kosher and vegetarian so id like to think its all healthy but sometimes at retaurants the "healthy" eats are more caloric! its so tricky!

thanks so much guys! i ordered 2 chicken soft tacos with lettuce and tomato, no cheese! which was about 420 calories im guessing.. staying away from those chips was tough especially since its the type of restaurant where they always go around refilling everyones chips and all of my friends kept on eating them!!! they must have gone through 3 baskets between 2 people!! it was crazy... i find that i can avoid eating the chips easily because im very self-disciplined but if i even try ONE chip ill want to eat the whole thing... SO i resolved never to eat chips and never to eat cereal at night (same problem.. woops!) the one bad thing is i ordered an amstel light as well but i think i can afford it in my allowence... all in all a very successful night!!

summergirl and miranda - i just turned 18! so were in the same age range too thats cool... how many cals do you eat a day? are you maintaining or losing? im having trouble figuring out what my best number is since some days i can eat 2500 and not gain a pound and other days i eat 1600 and i gain a little... so its very sporadic and weird.. probably has somehting to do with sodium or something weird i guess
ontario- nope im not trying to gain weight... ive always been very small.. and id say im pretty darn healthy. sorry if thats not what you guys like to hear but there are some exceptions to the whole bmi thing.
rainydaze - ive been told to do that by alot of people.. but its just not my thing. i cant think of anything more boring than sitting around getting my picture taken all day!!!!
