Wow, this group seems like a great motivator!!! When ever I look at the other posts, it seems as though everyone is a pro-weight loser (the best kind of loser to be).

Name: Natasha

Age: 19

Current weight: 225.5

Goal: 205 for the Fall Rugby season (October?); 175 Spring Rugby  season (March) and my biggest goal of all...135 for LIFE!!!

Greatest Motivation: RUGBY, obviously...and I'm in college! I want to be HOTT!!!

Workout/ Diet Plans:  1000 cal deficent (seems extreme but its feels kind of easy when you say you have to eat 1550 cals instead of you can only eat 1550 cals) partnered with walking, jogging, and rugby conditioning.

CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE ON YOUR WEIGHTLOSS SO FAR!!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE!!!

I'm new to CC myself and these post have really helped me stay motivated.  I'm 5'5" and currently 226.5 (down from 232 last week).  I've decided to set small goals in 20 lb intervals to help motivate my self (it really works!)  I haven't found a stable diet plan but I walk a lot (no car).  Recently, I discovered what I think people call jogging but I refer to as shuffling.  Its a slow pace jog, low impact (because I dont have to raise my feet very high), and very encouraging (because I can do it for a long period of time; 5 minutes maybe).  I always feel that when I walk my arms are useless, so I carry 2 lb weights with me.  I don't know if I feel stronger but my arms don't feel quite so useless after 3 miles.

Good Luck!!!!
