7 granols bars

3 small bags of chips

1 cup or so of those ritz cracker cheese 'sandwiches'

an apple

some soup

like 8 mini chocolate bars

Yup that'll do it. Fruit = fibre = pooping helping

all bran = more fibre = MORE pooping help (probably more than the fruit)

green tea = helps with digestion.

You have successfully made yourself a little constipation maker for breakfast :P

I recovered a long time ago from anorexia, but other things have emerged recently. I am SO ashamed. I was doing so well? By the by I'm sixteen in case you were wondering. It's horrible. I always yell at people who are doing bad things to their bodies, and here I am doing exactly the same thing :(

I love the human figure in all it's forms. Now, that's not to say that I'm attracted to all of the body types out there. I just like to look at them. That said I love art/photography.

I also LOVE to cook

I love to please people

I love spending time with my family

I love to read

I love to write

I like to do well.

I don't know. I'm passionate about everything I do. It just makes it so much more enjoyable. Well...other than walking in malls. That is NOT fun.

You look normal...Lol. It looks like you eat food. Not like those waifers who don't eat, and have nothing stomachs. Or people who eat small amounts, but very calorie dense foods. I'm skinny, and I eat a lot. My tummy sticks out. I'll take a picture and show you. Now I look pregnant.

ok...todays was bad. I woke up today grumpy, and knowing how mt day was going to unfold. So. What did I do? I packed myself a lot of fruits and veggies. I got home HUNGRY! So I ate about a cup of peas mixed in with a homemade tomatoe sauce. Still being hungry I had a tomatoe, then some celery, and then a cold apple. Those are usually filling. Not today. I had about a cup of chopped potatoe, a beef patty, a bagel with cheese, and salami, a slice of dominos pizza, four pieces of bread (waiting for everything to finish) 3 mini bagels, three different types of chewy sweet granola bar esc things, 4 LARGE pancakes, and like, an entire packet of butterscotch chips. I don't even want to say how much syrup I put on those pancakes. The thing I keep repeating to myself is, "What the ---- is wrong with you? How are you still standing? How are you not throwing up? Throwing up..." Then I change topics, "I would tell you that you could work this off, but you just can't. You haven't even had dinner yet!!!! I hate you. You're pathetic. I wish you were bulemic." Ugh.

I just want to die today.

I'm not actually sure about my calories. I'm going to guess no less than 1500. Maybe even 1700. Maybe I should eat more....

400-500 calories makes it seem like you need 900-1000 calories for dinner. You are hungry, so you are eating.

Do you want to know what I JUST ate?

7 mini smarties things, five pop tarts, a WHOLE 3.5 oz treacle toffee, 3.5 oz fudge, a bagel with cream cheese and jam (That wasn't the bad part though. It was my attempt to be healthy in my binge) six cookies with that jam stuff in the middle, six dad's cookies-oatmeal, eight chocolate fudge doughnuts, a peanut butter bar, a muffin, and who knows how many pieces of homemade bread.

I feel like purging. I don't want to though. That would be gross. I just want to diiieee.

I say slather those veggies in cheese!!! It's not the cheese that;s important, it's your veggies!!! Cheese isn't bad either. Or butter. Or Olive oil. Damn I'm hungry.

Well. If you are 100 calories over your allowance after exercise everday then after about a month and a half or so you're going to gain a pound. I'm just saying. I'm not trying to argue, but that is how it's supposed to work right?

I wonder if two pounds is really going to make that much of a difference in your appearance. I know that feeling though, "I've only got a few pounds to go! I can do this!"

Anywho. Yes, yes it does. Hinder it I mean. Although, you must remember that foods like Subway foods aren't 100% accurate. P.S Where is your meat!!!! Where is your protein!!!! Get some in there girl!

I'm mad because war is still going on! I'm mad because my school makes fun of the videos we watch about wars, and pollution, and the rebellion in Africa! I'm mad because no one sees the big picture anymore! I'm mad because the world is not the way that it should be! I'm mad because people still make fun of other people for things like their hair! (These drunk niners were making fun of a girl with a buzz cut. The woman could have had cancer! Or she could have donated her hair or something! They have to right to have an opinion, but why waste it on judgement?) I'm mad at myself for many reasons! I'm a very angry person! OMG! I had the best breakfast EVER the other day.

I grated an apple, then I smeared peanut butter on a pita, I added a bit of honey, and some jam, I then put a layer of granola ontop, and then put the apple on, wrapped it up, and popped it into my toaster oven. I actually almost DIED of joy :)

You can do it! That is all that I can say. Either that or go to a professional. They are hired to aid people when they are trying to lose weight.

NUTRITION IS KEY! I have stopped counting calories, and I hardly care about it anymore. Although I do not think that this website should be cut off to kids. I wasn't eating well at first because I thought, "Less calories means weight loss!" Of course I didn't know that this meant starvation mode, and this site helped me realize it. Plus, I still come on here to talk to the friends that I have made, and also to see that I am getting balance. I'm REALLY bad at getting all of the fat I need.

Still. I am a firm believer as well that starting to eat healthy foods, and exercising weekly is key. I also think that teens can have more self worth. I also think that eating 'junk' more than once a week (like most people do) is ok. We may we well take advantage of the fact that we can probably eat more anyways. Yeah...That's my two cents. Or at least the two cents that I can throw in until I have to go eat dinner.

I feel down today too sweetheart. I'm not too sure why, but not because of weight loss or anything. You shouldn't feel down though! You look so cute! I just want to pinch your cheeks! That would be wierd though. I'm much younger than you are. Can you say awkward? Besides, you've come this far, I'm sure that you can go farther no problem.

I feel the SAME way! Except not the exact same way. There are people who are good at EVERYTHING! Don't worry though. You'll find your thing. I did :) I'm better at having cool hair.
