Well I can tell you, weight loss will slow as you lose weight because your basic calorie needs change as you get smaller. I've found if you want to speed up your weight loss, sometimes it workd to eat a couple hundred more calories than usual for a week or two then go back to what you were doing before.

Well I'm happy to say I haven't gone over my calorie limit today. I've been trying to stay at or real close to 1500, but today is the first day I didn't go over at all. Yay me! lol Yesterday I spent 45 minutes on the elliptical and I wasn't too much over on my calories so i guess i'm ok. And today I walked a mile with my kids (they're 2 years and 6 weeks so I was pushing them in their stroller) and jumped on my trampoline for around 15-20 minutes. My legs hurt today from the elliptical yesterday but hopefully I'll be able to get back on it by tomorrow.

I'd like to join. I just had my 2nd daughter in august so i can get back on track with losing weight now. 79 pounds to lose

    I gave my old pants to my fiance. Haha! Actullay it's kind of sad. He was my motivation to lose weight. He's almost a foot taller than me and built big. He came walking out wearing my jeans one day and it dawned on me, "okay, I'm huge". lol Now that I'm down 6 sizes he can keep em.

    Well I was 232 and 5'7" in my Freshman year, and by my junior year I was 175. I thought I was fat even at 175. It wouldn't have hurt for me to lose more, but I was no where near as bid as I thought I was. Now I'm 5'6" (lost aninch somehow lol) and 225 and I feel better about my body than I ever have. Weird...

    You could wear a tummy support for awhile. Like control top pantie hose even. I think that would help because the skin wouldn't just be hanging so it would be easier for it to heal. I've also heard massaging the area helps.

    If you have bigger hips and butt, the best pants I've found to fit correctly are Baby Phat. They're kinda expensive, unless you can find them at like Ross or TJ Maxx but they're worth the money for how well they fit. When I was in 13/14 in everything else I was an 11 in Baby Phat and they fit so perfectly I pretty much wore them all the time until they wore out ( I only had one pair lol).

    I think part of it may be that doctor's don't check the zero balance on the scale very often so it gets off over time.

    Well I have a problem with binging too. I try just not to buy much food at one time so if I do binge, I'm out of food before I get too out of hand. lol And I try not to buy things that I can just sit and eat and eat on like potato chips and candy and such. Or even grapes. I have a tendency to go overboard with even healthy things so if I buy something like grapes I buy a small amount at one time. I try to get things that come in single serving packages. My friend put all her junk food in one cabinet and put a lock on it. She then had her husband hide the key from her, so whenever she wanted something from that cabinet she'd end up burning calories tearing the house apart looking for the key. lol  Seemed to work for her. She lost almost 30 pounds.

    I used to do Tae-Bo (kickboxing) and alot of cycling when I was younger and even though I was still heavy, I had awesome thighs. Oh and step aerobics helps alot too.  Alot of people's thighs always touch unless they're unhealthily thin. My mom weighed 98 pounds at 5'5 at one time and her inner thighs still touched. I wouldn't worry about that too much.

    I've heard in the morning is best because it's boosts your metabolism first thing and gets it going which then gives you more energy throughout the day. I know I work out within half hour to an hour of getting up and I feel so much better in the afternoons than I did when I didn't exercise. And to me it seems if I exercise at night, I end up staying later because I have more energy then I'm tired the next morning.

    I've tried to plan everything I'm going to eat, but I seem to have spontaneous eating attacks. lol I'll say, have just eaten lunch and out of nowhere I absolutely have to have a granola bar or whatever it happens to be at the time. I think I'm sabotaging my own efforts. I think I need to hire a drill sergeant to follow me around and yell at me for eating stuff I'm not supposed to and for not exercising. Think I can find someone in the yellow pages to do that? lol

    Yeah, clothes do the same thing to me! And I have one pair of jeans that make me look all bruised up because they have brass buttons on them that leave brown marks on my stomach. Or also could be like a random blushing. I get red marks in different places for no reason then they just go away. Nothing to worry about.
