| I can't find the exact reason why i became a vegetarian but i know that i was going through some hard changes in my life and out of nowhere just said i will not eat for 1 month. it has been a year and half and still rebellin. =)
...my family thinks i'm nuts and unappreciative but that just shows me people's response to changes in culture (hISPANIC) my boyfriend has never tasted meat. i want him to try it one day just so that he can have a taste ....because man o man buffalo wings are irreplacable! |

| Hi, i am in the same boat as you are in but i have been a vegetarian for the past 1 1/2. at the supermarket i find the meatless chicken patties and italia sausage alays on sale.... 2 packages for 5 bucks. alittle expensive but it will last me for like 2 weeks. i also buy tuna in bulk. i eat that with crackers and what not. i hope this helps! | |||

| well my boyfriend is 6'6 180pds 12% body fat!!!!!! very fit!
I am on the other hand 5'6 089pds 35% body fat.... talk about feeling uncomfortable. I go through major self esteem issues but somehow he always tends to make me feel better about the way i look. He thinks i shouldn't loose a pd. evidently, i have like 50 pds to loose!!!!! i know he loves me for the person i am so i dont feel that bad...but i want to loose weight for myself...so that i can feel better and feel more attractive! |

| Breakfast- cereal / 2%low fat milk ; scrambled eggs w/ veggies
Lunch -Fish Fillet with beans and rice or whole wheat pasta/tuna Dinner same thing as for lunch I drink about 3 glasses ofwater a day ... i feel like if i drinnk any more i will explode!!! i do not drink coke but i do drink coffee almost every morning especially when i have classes or i need o study. I getreally hungry at night...sometimes i feel like if i cant go to sleep without eating something else... so i eat something like crackers and go to sleep...i know that is bad but are there any suggestions for night cravings? I always feel tired during the day... so i ussually drink coffee to get me up. **i do not eat meat or chicken |

| I know how you feel but i tried doing at my house is talking to my dad (THE BOSS) in regards to my concern. so now we walk at the park everyday and while they still eat the same ..i eat half of whatever they are eating. I do not loose any weight but i definetly am maintaining it!
