| yes thats what it is, i couldnt find it here so i logged it on my own. my question is though that when u enter a recipie the ingredients are either red, (cant find), green (found) or yellow (found but could not size) i cant find a way to size 1 cube |

Here is my thoughs on "growing in to your weight if your a teen" Growing in to your weight takes longer then to loose weight right? Growing in to my weight would take a while as im pretty much the same as iaxxi but a male. My grandpa died by diabetes. If i stay this weight, i have a bigger chance of being fat as an adult, getting diabetes, and or getting heart conditions. Theres nothing wrong with dieting as a teen (AS CONSULTED WITH MY TRAINER AND DOCTOR) but you dont want to "crash diet" Im eating 1300 calories a day and i feel fine. Eat lots of low calories veggies to get alot of nutrition. I started 156 and now im around 154 in 1 week. I doubt that its bad for you to loose weight at any age, you just don't want to push it too far. |

| Im going 1300, and i feel fine. Try out what your comfortable at. When i first heard 1300 a day i was like i thought i was being starved. Then i did the math. 500 calories at breakfast 400 calories at lunch 400 calories at dinner give or take a few for snacks, etc.. Im fine at 1300. I eat LOTS of low calorie food instead of little high calorie food. |

| Wow i started at 156 now 154 after a week. im 13, male. 5'3'' How did you find out your base metabolism? I do alot of exersize, and i try to keep myself under 1300 calories a day. But girls need more, i dont know if 1500 is too little.. how much is 1000 calories a day in your exersize? what do you do and for how long? |
