5 pounds woohoo this is my third day on here but the rest of the week ive tried it by myself and i gotta say that this had tremendously helped I dont think I owuld have lost maybe half that. Thanks guys your really doing a good job with this |

| I would really like to join. I just started this and basically kinda confused but im starting to get it i think. im 15 years old im gonna be 16 in 3 months. I weight about 197 and im 5' 3" almost 5' 4". I havent been heavy my whole life just 3 years ago i started gaining so much weight. So since than ive been dieting and nothing works for me i lose interest lack motivation and basically get bored. maybe you guys can help with that! Thanks =) |
