| hi everyone, sorry for being gone so long. I've barely been able to get out of bed. I go into the hospital for a hysterectomy because nothing else has stopped my bleeding. I hope to have a speedy recovery but one never knows with this things. I did manage to get off 2 pounds this past week which I was really suprised about since I am getting in hardly any exercise. | |||

| team 2 302 pounds loss of 2 pounds My health is failing and I have not been around much. If someone can take over as leader for team two Id be happy. I go into the hospital for surgery in the morning. |

| weight this week 304- last week was 304.2 so not a big difference but at least not a gain. Sorry for taking so long to post, I've been in and out of the hospital this week. |

| I'm proud of you all no matter how little or much you lose or did not lose this week. We are changing our lives one step at a time and wow it is feeling nice. I think my new iron supplement is kicking in cause I have tons of energy today. I switched from the pill version to liquid and it is nasty as all get out...but after reading how many times you find over the counter vitamens in the sewer system undigested...well gross yeah...but damn..all that wasted time energy and money down the drain so to speak. Vitamens are not under the same restrictions as a prescribed medication is. Precribed medications have to meet strict standards and one of those standards is that they must dissolve and absorb into the system. A lot of the Over the Counter Vitamens do not follow these standards and here we are forking over our hard earned money for well... poop. |

| Morning all, Hope the day is finding you well. I just finished sending out a reminder to the last three that have not weighed in so hopefully we can get some results soon. As far as I can see so far we have lost 12.9 pounds. My bloat is coming off by almost a pound a day so I should be seeing some results next week instead of hiding behind water gain. The jogging has left me a little sore so I am just doing it every other day now to give my legs time to get used to things...but I swear it just feels so darn good to run even as slow as I've started out. Sorry you hurt your back, C. I hope it feels better soon and some of your stesses have calmed down. I might be moving within the next cople of months so feeling really stressed and unsure of myself over here too. We are doing good as a team and I really appreciate you guys that stop in here and keep the rest of us motivated. It really is a big help. |

| I do not think I will have good results tommorrow. I've tried all week to get some of this bloat off but its not budging at least since this morning. Maybe I will get lucky before weigh in. Good luck to the rest of you. |

| Hehe, thanks Inacacoon. I've been jogging in the morning now too. I started the C25k challenge. (Couch to 5k) This is my first week so just doing a 5 minute warm up then walking 90 seconds then jogging 90 back and forth til I get to 10 minutes...supposed to be aiming for 20 but I start feeling weak after 10. I have the most energy in the morning so suffice to say if I am going to do any exercise at all it is going to be then. I have found that it keeps my mood pretty calm too. |

| Thanks Blayne. That is how my last doctor explained it with the hormones and all but he did not try to run any tests. I am hoping this new doc will. I have had a d&c several times when I was younger but only once with nothing for pain because it was an emergancy situation. I have never had a biopsy but with my family history of cancer (especially in the feminine regions) I think as painful as it might be I would rather be safe than sorry. At least with you telling me of your troubles It lets me at least not worry the worst til I know I have to. SO thank you very much for that. | |||

| Sorry I have not been around everyone. I'm trying to rest as much as I can until the 27th when I see my dr. I've been on my totm for over 12 weeks now and it is really starting to get my body down big time. Hopefully things will be looking better by the weekend since I am sure they will pump me full of hormone shots like they always do when it gets this bad. | |||

| You guys are great. As far as why we are the only ones posting here. I do not have a clue. I sent out CC-mails to everyone in the beginning. Gapinky was posting pretty regularly so maybe a mail to see if they need anything would be good. By no means do I want to leave anyone behind. There are a few people that have not even posted once here, if I am right. I thought when I started the mini-challenge it would get others involved but so far just us still. Bah, you guys are still great. I'm doing my best to pop in when I can. I could not get a dr apt til the 27th so waiting for that still. I looked at the calender and realized I've been on my freaking period since the second week of July...SHEESH! When will this thing stop... Keep up the good work guys- oh and is it possible for the two of you that are counting points to keep a running tally on here at least until I'm feeling better? ex.. Last weeks points 69 This weeks points 65 Total points &nb sp; 134 Then the next week Last weeks points 134 this weeks point: 50 Total points: 184 and so on and so on...sound good ? |

| Not sure what is wrong with me but I can't seem to get past this bug I caught. Thinking it is time to see my doctor. I have been getting up earlier for exercise but I'm not sure if its helping since I always end up back in bed from weakness. I hope its not anemia cting up again. I'm not looking forward to another blood transfusion. |

| I use both CC and sparkpeople. I have my favorite things with both sites. Over there it can seem overwhelming at first until you start learning your way around so I agree that CC is more user friendly, especially if you are not familiar with message boards in general. I do like the fact that you can have teams over there public or private even and enjoy the reports of your progress esppecially when you can see you are coming under your goal line, very motivating. I agree that CC's nutrition tracker is much easier to deal with and even though I like how SP tracks things I do find it bothersome over there so do not use it. So basically I feel like I get a good balance using both sites. Oh I forgot to mention journals..here you can set your privacy level which I love and there you cannot...at least not that I have found. |

| Morning everyone. Hope all is well with you all ? I feel a little bit better this morning despite the lack of sleep got last night. All this time I have been complaining about no weight coming off this week I weighed myself and another 2 pounds off. I got to thinking and realized it had been TOTM....you would have think I would have figured it out before now, lol. I hang on to a lot of water that week no matter how much extra water I guzzle for the week. Guess it is over now and I can get things back on track. As for the gym, I guess you are right, both of you. How do I know what it will be like until I at least go look around at a place. Let's face it, I don't have to stay if I don't want to. So I will look into it! Just as ann update I've kept in my calorie limit these past few days but have only exercised a limited amount because of feeling icky. I hurt my knee somehow too but it only bothers me if I do too much. I've been keeping up with my water and then some, close to 150 ounces a day or more as well as checking in onn things here. Overall, I guess I'm doing alright. Gotta Scoot outta here for awhile! Have a great day folks |
