Can I join too? I used to walk 5miles/hr 3 yrs ago when I was 180 and now Im 248(down from 261) so I m starting it again and for good .Im thinking of 10000 steps prog any suggestions...

I use to walk 5-6 miles some 3 yrs ago but now i was pretty much sedentary I started 10000 steps a day and mostly walk inside due to arizona weather I break my work out in2500 n 5000 steps and carry my 6 mnth old instead of weights.I feel good after this but jus started so I will  keep u posted about results.

I am considerably obese so last month  I chose to count what Im eating (joined cc on july8) and tried to do stationary bike 3x week

learning new things here everyday

Is it true that green tea increases metabolism and helps in weight loss ?my friend suggested jasmine green tea from Trader joe's its exported from India I guess  Has anyone tried it ?
