| I use to walk 5-6 miles some 3 yrs ago but now i was pretty much sedentary I started 10000 steps a day and mostly walk inside due to arizona weather I break my work out in2500 n 5000 steps and carry my 6 mnth old instead of weights.I feel good after this but jus started so I will keep u posted about results. | |||
