| oh yay for 5'6"s! I weigh in around 168 (down from 189 in may) and currenlty wear some 12's and all 14's comfortably. My goal is to get down to the 135-140 range and just be healthy! and well looking good obviously wouldn't hurt that much. I gained around 40 lbs over the last 4 years and I just want to get it off! good luck to everyone in their weight battles! | |||

| thanks for the ideas! today it like came within my first 2 minutes of running and I just shoved my hand under my rib cage hard and kept running. it was still pretty miserable but it's good to know that I can run through it. It's just been weird for me bc they just started happening, and now it's basically everytime I run. it's so frustrating bc I was just getting into the running everyday thing and I was really enjoying it but this whole stitch thing makes it a little less fun | |||

| i was looking for the same answer a few weeks ago!! but i found out which one i like the best... it may not be the one you like though.
i bought bnp and was a little dissapointed with it... it has a weird consistency and it reminds me of how the peanut butter tastes in like energy bars like those advantage bars... it sort of has like a coffee taste almost or something... so i caved and ordered pb2 online... i love it. love love love it. i eat it everyday, like twice a day. it is a little grainy, and its not quite the same consistency but it actually tastes like peanut butter! which is what i was looking for... i just got it like 3 weeks ago and im already on my 3rd jar... |

| i also struggled with this the last two years, im pretty into school/clubs as well, but i got creative with my scheduling this year and i get out everyday around 3 (even with 2 labs :)). ive found if i just wear my sneakers and workout clothes (very attractive i know) and just think of it as another class i'll go. besides when people ask me if im going to the gym (bc clearly with my shox and everything it looks like i should be) im more motivated to go. also you could try biking to class or just walking some days (if you live far away on campus or off campus). you could also look into classes at your gym. and i know the days seem really long, but when i work out i have so much more energy than on the days i dont work out... even if im really tired and dont want to go, after the first 20 minutes of cardio im back into it | |||

| i just got pb2 and it's fantastic. 54 calories for 2 tbsps. seriously i thought it couldnt be done. i thought that i couldnt diet and eat peanut butter... i tried better n peanut butter and it just didnt really taste like peanut butter... but pb2 does. i 100% recommend it... you can eat a piece of toast and a serving of pb2 for 110 calories... and its great | |||

| dont know if youre looking for suggestions, but i eat them about 4-6 times a week for lunch or dinner... im a college student and the lc's have a lot less calories then convenient options on campus (and i have a portion control problem so they work for me)... and it also feels like im still eating normal food while dieting, like they have alfredo pasta, chicken fried rice, etc. if you like the pizza ones i recommend the spinach and mushroom one (in my opinion its better than some regular pizzas). the chicken, red pepper, mushroom panini is surprisingly good as well. i also like the chicken and vegetables and the chicken with basil cream sauce ones... | |||

| eek i forgot to post my stats last week!
last week (2 weeks ago): 176.5 this week (2 weeks later): 174.5 woohoo 2 lbs over 2 weeks! i was at home too so i ate some bad stuff but definitely kicked up the exercise a notch... but my classes start today... hopefully i can still get to the gym this week hope everyone has a great day/week! |

| has anyone had both pb2 and better n peanut butter? im a peanut butter fanatic, and well i just got better n peanut butter... and it just doesnt seem to be doing it for me... so i was thinking about getting the pb2 but having to order 4 jars at once sounds scary (bc of my miss with the better n peanut butter)... any thoughts/suggestions?? | |||

| going along with the gym theme... i dont know about yall's schools, but i'd say our gym is like pretty normal-sized... but seriously from like 4pm-9pm on weekdays its SO CROWDED! i hate it. you have to wait like 20 minutes just to get a cardio machine. and yes then theres those people who are on it for the over 40-minute period which is supposed to be a no-no when people are waiting. jeez.
and i totally agree with the being bored at school thing and thus eating more food. sometimes i would be studying really late, and i felt like just to stay awake i had to be eating something. and then theres that whole get home thurs, fri, sat at like 3am and order pizza/go to mcdonald's/eat anything horrible for you thing after already drinking way too many calories... im definitely cutting back on that this semester |

| totally in the same boat! you're right. its just so hard to find time to work out! its like i could sleep for 2 extra hours tonight or drag my butt to the gym... and for me, sleep tends to win :(. im going to be a junior and i get to live in an apartment so im hoping that its easier to eat healthy since we now have a kitchen yay! you'd think since so many college students are into being healthy and are body conscious they'd have better food options on campus (healthier stuff) but nooo... i feel like everything is fried or just bad for you :/... but i love chicken ceasar wraps and im totally taking your idea ladybug! thanks!! | |||

| i want to join everyone! i havent really gotten in on the chats yet either and this looks like a great place to start!
im 20, 5'6" and currently 180. i started at around 189 and ive been at it for about 2 months now. id love to get down to 130-135ish... but that seems far away :/ im a comfortable size 14 right now, but i would love to get into a size 8. when that happens im buying my first pair of seven jeans that actually fit :) |
