i definatly wanna join in i wanna lose about 15-20 pounds in time for summer so that i can look good in a bikini i find it hard tho cuz medication i m on makes me hungry ALL the time wich sucks majorly |

hehe i hav a couple i could add 1) when people take the mick out of overweight people at the gym, at least they're trying to do something about it 2) when the food nutrition is nt avalible somewhere 3)people who complain that they're fat when they know darn well they arent 4) the way friends tell me off for drinking diet drinks as apposed to full sugar ones and are really serious |

i m assuming its because like alot of people do you feel anxious during a binge and your heart rate goes up because of it..try taking a deep breath now and then it will give time to thinkabout why your binging in the first place aswell as slowing your heart rate down |

i know how you feel i m 16 5ft2 ( and a half ) and 54 kgs, i think following questobefits advice is a good idea i ve seen that alot of people have actually lost weight by upping there calories...try not to let it bother you that much it may even out as you grow |

i d definatly say stop the drinking and smoking they obviously are nt helping you , as they limit you control and as you said get munchies...could you try planning your mmunching??like what your going to eat ?? or how many times a week you do this

i think its like the total calories you eat in a day not the time u eat them, altho obviously its betta to spread them out regularly , so yeah should nt affect it

| thanx nyc girl, yep i m defiantly trying to eat a little more then soup, its just thats kind of a safe food if u like so i dont really panic or anything after...i m gonna stop trying to lose weight as like alot of people hav said on here , with an ED, getting better and weight loss just dont go together | |||

hey hunny i went a week with out eating and ended up in hospital so i d definatly try and get her checked out but dont force her to eat or nag about it your only feeding her ED and she ll probably carry on starving |

i think i m getting enough, but to be honest i dont really count , all soups are home made admitidly tonight though i did have a portions of cheesy nachos for dinner instead.......i do like NO exercise except walking a bit like walking the dog or round town or sumin i also dont eat pasta or rice, unless its real small portion ( health issues not sum attempt to cut food )
i m trying to cut out junk food in general, i dunno i guess i m kinda stuck

hey soulmaiden EDs suck dont they i ve never been really underweight with my ED but i know how hard it can be to suddenly start eating but lose control of it all i ve found that eating a good breakfast really helps ....i tend to binge in the evenings so thats a hard time for me x |

heya well i ve been restricting then binging then purging so yeah been thro the motions..... but i still feel so huge you know?? well i m trying to eat regularly to stop the binging like once every 3 hours i m going to try and reach about 1200 calories first ..i m so used to eating like 500 cals hen binging on loads like every few days, its horrible i ve been inpatient so many times i was ment to go to a special unit but refused to go as i d be huge compared to all the anorxics anyway how u ??x |
