| I appreciate your input, protien and fiber is something I lack. I really do think my body was in the starvation mode, I was burning 900 at the gym and eating only 1200......
I am feeling much better now that I am eating more and go figure, a pound came off :o) |

| wow, i get it.................i think i have been starving my body because I have been eating only what I am allowed and then burning additional calories almost daily at the gym. Today is a gym day and I will burn about 600 calories so I should eat more than my 1,200 calories........
thanks so much, i really do think that I have not been eating enough, maybe that is why I have not felt great too................ |

| The calorie total I gave 1000-1500 is the total eating and not subtracting away burned, so I guess I need to start there. Somedays I eat as little as 800.
I appreciate your input, I will continue to read the forums and learn as I go through this process. I am a female 52 years old, 5'8 and weigh 137 |

Could the muscle I am building keep my weight up? |

| a real stupid question...............according to cc I need to consume 1500 cal per day to reach my goal. Also according to cc, it says I burn approx 2000 per day on average. So if I work out and burn an additional 500 calories a day - do I add this to the 2000 for a total of 2500 burned for the day? Do I still stick to eating the 1500/day?
Again, I am new :o) |

| Do you think burning 400-500 calories at the gym 4-5 times per week is too much? Should I eat more than the 1,200 - 1,600 calories per day.
I really appreciate your advise, I am new at this |
