| Thank you all very much for the useful information.. I don't think it's the fat.. After looking at my "Analysis" I found out that I have 25 % fat in my "pie chart".. And it's not the water, because I drink LOTS of it.. so, it's probably the fiber because it says that I have about 17g of it a day..
Well, I'll work on that from now on. Thank you all again for the info! :-) LOL, wish me luck.. |

| does anyone have any tips on how to feel physically better after a binge? like drinking water or something...my stomach is in pain!
Personally, after a binge, I just go to bed and try to sleep.. I know it's not the best solution, but it prevents you from obsessing too much about what you've done and when you wake up the next morning, remind yourself that it's a new day and that everything's gonna be better :-) Also, drink lots of water. I recommend mint tea, too. It's very soothing. And please, don't deprive yourself again.. it's truly the worst thing you can do.. it will only lead to more extreme food obsessions.. I know what you're going through and I would love to give you some support.. Message me if you like :-) |

| Honestly, I wish I knew how to make things better after a binge, but I don't.. I started binging (and I mean really binging) like 2 years ago and it's been horrible.. The worst thing about it is the guilt you have to deal with afterwards..
Anyway, what I want to tell you is that the one thing that helped me reduce my total amounts of binges (because I still do, unfortunately) was letting go and allowing myself to eat whatever I wanted for a month or so. After this month, I started to feel that my "Food obsessions" were almost gone.. So, my "off" month is over and here I am again, trying to approach the whole CC thing with a different attitude.. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and let go of control for a week or too and then try to start over and convince yourself that we're all human beings and we'll never be flawless.. | I've already tried most of what you listed, but it's not working.. :(
I had an apple, a mandarin, 1/2 an orange, some bran cereal and believe me I drink LOTS of water.. I don't have prune at home though.. maybe I should give it a shot, but I want to get my bowels moving tonight or by tomorrow morning before I go to school.. |

jharmon4 - I like your "system". I wish I had someone supporting me in this.. I don't think that "cheat meals" would work for me, because if I eat a lot in one meal I KNOW I'd be like: "Why even bother and count calories the rest of the day? I already screwed up anyway." So, I guess, the "Cheat day" would work better for me.. Now, do you guys think I should do it every two weeks or once a week? |

| Well, nobody really knows that I count my calories, but my family and friends know that I watch what I eat carefully and they know that I want to lose weight. However, none of them is supportive at all.. :-( They all think I shouldn't be losing any weight in the first place and my mom always gives me "the look" whenever I ask her how much oil she's put in this or that.. | |||

| I LOVE cauliflower!! I've just had it for lunch.. Here's how I prepared it:
I boiled like 300 grams of cauliflower, added some salt to it and let it cool down. Then I put it in a non stick pan, added some soy sauce, and a tablespoon of ranch dressing and let it saute for about 2 - 3 minutes.. It tasted soooooooooooooooo good.. and it's really very healthy.. I have some broccoli in the fridge too and I'm already excited that I'll be having it for lunch tomorrow :-) |

| Well, I suggest you start eating some nuts like cashews, peanuts or hazelnuts.. They're very healthy and have lots of "good fats" and calories.
You could also eat yoghurt. |

So, looking at my chart, would you say I'm doing okay or what? I don't log my weight very often.. and for some time last month I completely stopped weighing myself because I was on a plateau, but I sarted logging again last week. |

| Congratulations on what you accomplished!! You should feel extremely proud of yourself. You look amazing in your pictures.. seriously, you look so young and healthy and I couldn't even tell that you're a mom until I read it in your profile.

| Like rastnim I once ate an entire 200 g jar of Nutella by myself in one day.. actually, coming to think of it, I did that twice in my life.
I also once ate 2 kg of peanuts (that's about 4 lbs.) in less than a week!! I LOVE peanuts and chashews, but since peanuts are way cheaper (at least here) it's pretty easy to binge on them. But I don't do that anymore, this was like 2 years ago. |

| Well, the thing is that I'm kinda over this bad experience.. I'm coping well with that, it's the food that's my problem now..
I really don't know what's wrong with me, because I've never lost my appetite like this before.. and as I said before I really don't want to gain back the weight that I lost so far either.. I've been struggling with food for the past 4 years or something, but my problem was overeating and not eating too little, that's why I'm wondering what's wrong..?? Thank you all for your input. I'd appreciate any more responses. |
