i'm dothy, 5'2"

148 lbs.

i eat approx 1200-1450 cals a day

i run 1-2x a week

and i go to the gym 3 x a week (45-60 mins per session)

thanks for the tip cutejet623! i also gave birth in 2005...since that time, ive grown bigger and bigger...right now, i have been working out 3x a week and i also jog when i have time...i don't really weigh myself everyday...but i guess i was able to lose a few pounds already...i have apair of pants that i haven't been able to wear for sometime now and yesterday, i was able to wear it! i'm sooo happy....i have already overcom my cravings for sweets and sodas, and have been eating oatmeal and wheat bread...i only eat a cup of rice a day (half a cup for lunch and the other half for dinner....i joined cc because it helps me to get motivated and not to give up!

thanks for all the reply...i will not try this diet anymore and focus on eating healthy andworking out instead.

i am also experiencing the same  thing. I weighted 155 in june and started "healthy eating" and working out 3 times a week. My current weight is 141 lbs. and I haven't lost any since july 3. I am already losing hope....
