| Young Calorie Counters | Girls: How Much Do You Eat at Dinner? | Oct 04 2008 01:29 (UTC) |

My breakfasts range from 300-600, depending on if we have anything good in the kitchen. Then for lunch it's around 400-500, and dinner 500-700. I also eat TONS of snacks (fruit, cereal, bread, or candy:) throughout the day because I get hungry very quickly, and end up with at least 2000 total. So dinner is typically my biggest meal. My mom's a great cook, so I enjoy all of her wonderful food! |

| Thank you! These recipes are just what I needed. I just got rubber bands on my teeth :( that keep me from opening my mouth. They can only be taken off when I eat, so I am limited really to just having 3 meals a day, no snacks because of the hassle | |||
