| Hi Everyone,
I am on vaca which makes food very accessible. I am exercising but obviously not enough. My wt is up today 2 lbs---honestly i am surprised it is not up more. I have been baking up a storm for family celebrations and of course eating them. We have been eating out a lot also.----bad news I hate the guilt of gaining wt --I resent the fact i have to watch what i eat--why is it so easy to gain!!! I know it only takes 500 extra calories a day to gain 1 lb in a week. I just wish weight was not an issue. Thanks for listening to me---I know you all can relate |

My family had a lot of celebrations--dinner to celebrate my sons promotion, celebrate our wedding anniversary and next week celebrate my mom's birthday. I am also on vaca ---so food is in my face all the time. I have been walking an extra 2 miles day to help with the extra calories---I am really surprised i lost this week--i am indulging in lots of calories. Tomorrow i am making the birthday dinner for my mom. We are having FRIED FRENCH FRIES and BLUEBERRY/RASPBERRY PIE. Oh yaaaa- also salad , pineapple and chicken. | restless-girl Claire, Thanks for all the words of encouragement. I do walk a lot with my dog. I will have to walk a lot more these next few weeks. I need to get back into the gym and go swimming. Great exercise as you said. I have a vegetable garden and lots of zucchini. I made a huge stir fry with the zucchini and of course the chocolate zucchini bread. Yummy chocolate and raisins in the bread ---of course for moistness. Congrats on your wt loss of 2 lbs |

| 9/28=158.8 lost 2 lbs!!!!!! Took me 2 weeks to loose it, but who is counting. Good bye to the 170's------ good bye to the 160's----150's- how great is that !!!!!!! I have loved the challenge Pixyz , thanks. Good luck to you! This month has been really hard with my birthday day, and my son's bd today. I just remember there is nothing I can't eat, it just has to be in moderation and fit into my calories. I have stayed away from the chip, chocolate and cookies but indulge a little. Sometimes i don't feel like putting the food in CC. I always do because i am surprised that sometimes i have not eaten enought.That is a good day when i can eat more. Good luck to you all. |

| 9/7-----160.8 !!!!!!! Lost 2.2 Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I am soooooooooooo happy. Last week i did not lose anything----kind of hard !!! Since July I have lost 11 lbs. My cloths are fitting much better. My pants are not so tight. I hate that feeling. | Hi Everyone, I did not lose any wt. this week, but I guess I will get over it. I tried to kick the scale and make it go down, but no luck!!!!!! So, my wt today is 163. My goal for August was 6 lbs ----so so so close at 5.6 lost. My new goal for Sept will be 5 lbs----because my birthday is in Sept and I want to eat some cake!!!!!! | dagicat, Congratulation on quitting smoking!!! It sucks not being able to eat whatever and whenever, just work the food into your calories for the day. Remember to eat healthy not junk, but a little junk food, budgeted in, doesn?t hurt. If we deprive ourselves of certain food, we will want it even more. No food is off limits it just needs to be in proportion and budgeted in. So remember you can do it and so can we. Pixyz, You are almost at your healthy BMI, Congrats. Wow, we as a team have lost 124.2 lbs!!!!!!! |
