It's Tuesday weigh in time!

Height: 5' 4"
Start weight: 162 lbs
Current weight: 159
Pounds left until goal: 30.8 lbs

I'm pretty happy, I just started a couple of days ago! And although I feel super sore all over, those exercises I've been doing are worth it in the end! I've been swimming a bit and renting a bunch of workout vidoes from netflix.

Laura (lala7819), I think I rented that video, the Dance off the Inches! Haha It was hard to do the dance because I kept buckling over laughing at how cheesy it is.

I'm a little late but when I'm hungry and can't eat I brush my teeth and gargle with mouth wash. And then just fill up with water

Hello:) I'm Abby and I just started using Calorie Count yesterday
I'm 5' 4" 162 lbs
My goal is 128.2 lbs (according to CC). But my ultimate goal is back to 115 like I used to be. not sure how possible that is.
I'm 16 and I live in Florida

My biggest motivation is feeling good about myself as well as being healthy and getting a boyfriend! I want to be able to like pictures of myself that aren't of just my face, but of all of me. I've been overweight for most of my life, but not ALL of it so I know that I can do it, I just have to commit and get back on track!
