Just checking in.  ONe day at a time seems to work best for me, thank you for the suggestion.  I ate clean yesterday!  Yay me! and as far as today goes, I haven't had anything naughty yet!

Hello all,

It's only 10 am and I need to restart on only my second day.  I said I was going to try and eat clean for 30 days - i should have known not to call my ex and ask him why he's such a moron.  Anyway, i sent my  mom some candy in the mail, i stashed the leftovers in my purse to be stored in my freezer later today, well, they've been stored all right - right in my stomach.  I will restart tomorrow and I will attempt to go 7 days.  Instead of going 30 days, i need to go 7 days at a time. 

Good luck everyone!  I hope you all are drinking your water.  I drink 16cups a day, i think this is why i am not much heavier than I am currently (203lbs).

Hey Group

Day one down, rest of my lift to go!  Clean eating rocks.  I actually started a diet detox today.  I detoxed about two weeks ago, got 6 days into it,lost 10 pounds in 4 days and then started eating like a pig until i regained 8 pounds.  I am hoping not to sabotage myself with the help of the group.

Great going to eveyone who stayed clean today!

Hi Group:

I'm new to the forum and I so need this challenge.  Two weeks ago, I did a diet detox and lost 10 pounds in 4 days (i was trying to lose 1 pound a day).  Unfortunatley, I am a self sabateur and I have regained all but 2 pounds.  I began eating like a beast!  I am so ready to be a clean eater and I'm looking forward to motivating others and be motivated by you all!  Good Luck everyone, we can do this is we band together againt the "breakfast donuts, bagels and stashes of M&Ms" that can be found in most offices.

Stats

Current Weight: 203

Goal Weight: 160

Exercise Habits - Gym 5-6 days per week

Weaknesses - any food that is vegetarian and NOT good for me :(
