| hello again ladies, another terrible week for me. i think I ate out every meal this week because work has been terrible and my planning for meals is even worse! So tonight I am making enough food to last me the week to curb the temptation of eating out. Question this week.. What is your goal for this week? Mine is to not eat out at all and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I think I need more motivation so if everyone could answer that would be so supportive. Thanks girls and see you next week! BTW, I took sundari's suggestion and indented..hope that helps! I also deleted the inactives.. |

| Hiiiiiiii ladies! We seem to be missing some challengers...hrmmm....well, I will wait one more weigh-in and if I don't hear anything than they will be removed (sorry ladies). As for me updating...I cannot update EVERYDAY..that is why weigh-ins are on SUndays (MOndays for some). To make things easier..I will ONLY update on Monday nights so if you are late, you will not be updated until the NEXT monday.
On another note, congrats to all the losers (and gainers) because we are all in this together and they are still time until 4/27/08 to hit your goal. For those who have not given me there goal for 4/27/08, pls do so...if you want that is. I am back to what I started with at 3/30/08 so I can't complain but I still need to lose 10 lbs (wowowowowow). Alot of work is needed :( Question of the Week: What is your FAVORITE thing to eat (healthy) that you eat everyday to help you lose weight?? Thanks girls and see you next week!! |

| hihi! thanks for pointing that out...the SW is the weight we are starting the challenge at. I have corrected it for mollyall. If anyone lese notices that there SW or GW are incorrect please let me know and I can correct it! | |||

| hey all! it looks like we have a great turn out for the shorties challenge...didn't do so great this week so I need some inspiration.
Question: What do you think you did well this week to achieve your goal??? My answer: nothing...i didn't go to the gym at all and didn't eat so great either....words of motivation? |
