I think I will offer him 12,800. Which is 700 below his price but he has had it for sale for about 6 months. I hope to get it for at least 13,000. Because after all the other fees it will cost me 14,000+. |

haha no buss pass for me! The car is inspected, it is perfect,my boyfriend is a mechanic/ body man. It needs NOTHING fixed and has no problems, ZERO! It looks brand new and has no flaws on the paint or interior. I think the guy is asking what its worth but i want to pay 500 less for it. I think I will explain why I need to go that price and tell him that if he wants to get rid of it, that is my offer, and then let him sit on that a few days.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO.......... today I went and looked at a used beetle that I LOVE! It is a 2006 fully loaded. sun roof/ leather / heated seats. EXCELLENT condition. The seller is asking 13,500. That is a about 220 under blue book for that car. The thing is, I want to keep my overall price UNDER 14,000. So with taxes and interest rates the price would be about 14,500. This guy has had the beetle for sale for about half a year and needs to sell it, BUT he says that he really wants his asking price. Would I be foolish if I said "If you are willing to sell me the car for 13,000 consider it sold"??
