| well i am on my day of eating whatever and i eat whatever but i still make sure that its fairly healthy. but its like when you become immune to a medication because you take it so much you have to change the medication so that your body doesnt get used to it. so if you eat healthy all day everyday your body just gets used to that. and yes last week i ate some fried chicken and it kicked my butt.! thats why its good to stay fairly healthy. no i haven't seen a difference if i only do it one day a week. but its the same with any supplement and or weight loss pill too. you should change brands every six months. right now i am on lipo 6 but i will change when this bottle is done. i love being able to eat different one day a week!!! its a good reward and something to look forward too! | |||

| i dont like what the scale says but, i am much happier with the way i look, from a month ago. 130-138 is what i weigh but i cant continue to rely on the scale. but i know what you mean!!! plus i am only 5'2" | |||

| i just wish people were nicer at work!!! i get here at 0530 and get off at 1430 but i just hate being here when i am done!!!! the lady i work with is impossible!! always late and tells me what to do!!! goodness. but i will jump on a treadmill and turn on the cardio theater and see whats on. thank you for your support. | |||

| it takes at leat twenty minutes for you body to get warmed up and start burning any kind of fat. so what i do is lift weights first and then do my cardio that way my cardio is way more effective. | |||

| i eat bad one day a week. it is supposed to be good so that your body does not form to your diet. it "shocks" the system. i works for me... but dont eat super unhealthy. | |||

just what i was lookin for!!!! i am 5'2" and weigh 130... is that ok?? what should i weigh?? i am 21 yrs old. i am trying all kinds of new things but i just dont know... i feel like i look better, but the scale is not saying that. can it possibly be that i am doing a strenght training??? gaining muscle??? i dont know!!!! i used to be 115 and then got married... that all explains itself. with my divorce i lost weight but it wasnt healthy, not eating and what not. now i and eating the six meals a day. i just am not sure any suggestions on what i should weigh??? |

| i eat every three hours saturday thru thursday. and fridays i eat whatever and whenever. this is an awesome new program my boyfriend suggested. i love it and and feeling and looking better already and have only been doing it for two weeks!!! make sure if you do this tho take one day to eat whatever to shock your system. and make sure you only eat two to three hundred calories per meal.
lean pockets, healthy choice meals, oatmeal, banana and peanut butter, salad with a little dressing, are all awesome low calorie meals and snacks. let me know if you want more... |
