I am not sure if it has been said  I don't feel like reading all the replies.....but you need to pick up weights and stop alot of the cardo.........  I am a PT....  start off with 10 min of cardo.... then stretch the muscles you are going to work out.  Then hit the weights. start off with doing 2 sets of 10 to 15 reps.  then add your sets and add your weight next time you do that muscle group.  What happened is that you lost muscle mass by doing cardo....  that is where you lost your weight is in your muscle....  now that you lost that 7 lbs you cant seam to lose anymore....  because you dropped your metabolism and after dropping your calories you are now even with your calores to where you are not gaining or losing....  do you understand.

I have fallen and not gotten back up....  I have been bad very very bad.....  around 2 weeks of eating what i want.  I gained like 4lbs.  What am I going to do...  This is killing me I was doing so good to.  Got down to my weight and then I ate ate ate ate ate ate ate ate ate... I was not all bad all the time I mean I ate good food but did not cout my calories... thinking i can do it with out counting but I went over ... GRRRRR!!!! what is going on with me...  I am picking my self back up and starting to count calories...man I have a halloween party the 27th.. I am going to be good tell then... that is my goal date... I cant be bad anymore...lol...  (As I eat the last of the Halloween snack mix...)  Tomorrow Is the day to start back on.  Wish me luck all.

I am not sure on how many days this is....  I can tell you all that it gets easer as time goes buy......   This weekend is going to be real real hard I have two b-day parties to go to... Cake and Ice-cream are my down falls... My trainer did tell me that one bit will not hurt...  BUT JUST TAKE THAT ONE BITE......  It helps me out...on the crave of sweets....  I did not gain any weight this last weekend so i am  a happy clam....lol....tomorrow is the real test if i gained... but trainer is not worried because i am at the end of my weight loss... now i am trying to get my waist down to 24in.  its at 27.5in.   So that is my new goal in life...  oh yeah I want to do a 5K run.. ...  I got  on the treadmill last week for the first time in my life and LOVED IT... So I need to train for that...  maybe in a year i can do a marathon.....  I have such high goals in life....lol...

Sorry everyone my computer is going crazy lately...  So getting on here has been hard.. But I have been going good.  I did have a bite of Cake last weekend... and One slice of PIZZA but that is because I was at a party and I did not eat before and had a bad headake.... But my trainer said that one pice of pizza is better than nothing...  and a bite of cake...  So I have been doing good..  I am proud of myself...  OH YEAH I AM DOWN TO 129LBS...... WHOOO HOOO!!!!  ONE MORE POUND TO GO!!!!

WILLIN1310 YOU WILL MAKE IT PAST 7days its hard but I know you can do it....  I like to play games just to ease the hunger thoughts....   that helps me.....

I know 500 is alot...  I am trying to eat my dinner right now and i am not hungry.. its already in my 700 calories...  I don't want a doughnut.... I know that...  but i do want something that has lots of calories thats small..  and still good for me...

Ok I need some help....   I am at 700 calories (with Dinner)  i need 500 more I am not hungry.  I am tried of peanutbutter.. I need help because if not i am  going out to get a doughnut...  and I don't want one right now...  (I know that is crazy of me) but i know it would put me up with my calories...  what to do what to do.....  help please...  OH everyone who has been reading I am in a better mood....  I am not sad...  but Pissed off at my neighbor right now....  She put out that stuff that killls mice when they eat it.  My dog found the dead mouse she was playing with it kinda ate half of it... and she is now dying inside....  I WANT TO KICK A$$....

This las weekend was so rough..but i am committed to staying binge free tell i hit 128...  My trainer was not happy with me this weekend...  he just gave me that look...he was disappointed with me...Cry  ... i am bummed out...  I need a good pick me up...someone make me laugh...  I need it more now than I ever have...

I have to start over!!!!!!

Friday was bad we went to the fair.....

Had an baked apple (its an apple cored rapped with dough and baked...then topped off with whipped cream cheese frosting), Turkey leg, then went to an ice-cream shop and ate an banana split with hubby....  I WAS BAD I KNOW IT....

Saturday Bad again,

Went to Santa Barbara and ate good tell they brought out the cake, pie,  and ice-cream..  I had some cake with hubby.. then had two pie pieces....  (GREAT PIE CHEESE CAKE PIE  YUM!YUM!)  Only 1/2 cup of homemade ice-cream.  I stuffed myself that day... 

SUNDAY

Did good only had one bad food... fried chicken.  but took off the skin and did not eat it...

Monday..

I weighed in today and well lost from Thursday (134) Today was 132.5... But Thursday I just ate and had lots of water before I worked out...  So i know I gained from this weekend... 

I am just not hungry today all i have had was a banana, 1/2c veggies, smoothie,  i am just not hungry...  oh well Tomorrow I will be back to my self....

Right now my Calories are 1128 I believe.  Its kinda low because I, so want a doughnut and I am just waiting for my hubby to get home so he can buy me one.  I worked out so hard today it was crazy.  Oh yeah I just about caught myself on fire today.   Scratch that I DID catch myself on fire today.  That is why I need a doughnut.  My face is on fire like I stayed out in the sun to long and got a sun burn.   I know you all are asking how did you do that.  Well, I will tell you.  I thought the BBQ was lit and the gas was on.  I hit the light button again and well POOF fire all up in my face.  OUCH!!!!  So I deserve that doughnut tonight. I am so proud of myself I did not cheat this weekend....  (DOING THE HAPPY DANCE)

I went in the gym today and well I am at a little less than 130 WHOO HOO!!!  I told myself that once I hit 130 I was going to go and have a Banana Split.  I did the wrong thing and tell my trainer today.  He gave me the evil eye and said "YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THAT.  GO EAT SOMETHING THAT IS IN YOUR CALORIE COUNT FOR TODAY"  So I have had this sweet tooth all day today... IT SUCKS...  I am going to go to bed early just so I don't have to deal with the sweetness that I want....  

Tomorrow food will be

Going over around 100 calories is not bad.  Just remember that purging is worse.  Try not to do that just for 100 calories over.  Well try not to do that for anything but being sick....lol...  Don't worry TOMORROW is an another day.

April 1st was the first day of the dreaded scale.....  I was at 163  OUCH!!!!!!  Now today  (9-17-07)I weighed in at 130 WHHOOO HOOO!!!!     The first two months were great I lost 22lbs then.  After that I kinda started to cheat and over ate.  Now I am back in order.  No longer am I lying on my drivers license....lol   I have have only a few more pounds to go tell my happy goal weight...lol   I exercise everyday for at least 30 min.  Monday and Friday I have a trainer that is teaching me how to use the machine.  If you need any advice you can contact me anytime...

Well, when I was in High school  I was 5'3" (STILL AM)   My weight was always 130.  I was very muscular.  So I liked the way I looked in school.  My goal now is to be in good health.....    I am in better health than when I was in school.  I have been told by people that I grew up with I look better now than then.  I fit in clothes that are smaller than when I was in school.  ITS CRAZY....

Today is Saturday I am sooo proud of myself that I ate Good...  I almost lost it last night....  I went to a football game and SO wanted to eat all that bad food....  My hubby even ate an HOT-DOG right in front of me.  (Oh how I wanted one.  It looked sooo good)  But I didn't eat it....  I am happy at my self....  I went today to get food for the rest of the week.  I got lots of friut and Veggies....Hope everyone did good today....

Bad news:  I am not as light as I wanted to be I wanted to be at 131...

Good news: I didn't gain... 

I am down to 132...

 

I am happy I just have to stay with it this weekend........

I know this is not Friday.... Its a day early...  I hop on that scale every Friday..& Monday (the days I work out with a trainer) Last Friday I was 131 lbs.  I was so happy it was great... Monday came around and I gained 4 lbs.  That sucks..  So I have stuck with the good eating habbits  this week. I hope that I am back down to 131.  Tomorrow I get to stand on that scale. Please everyone one have happy thoughts tomorrow (around 10:30Am PST) for me.  I need some happy news.  Thanks for listening to me..  Tomorrow I will post in.  TaTa!!

Me and you are in the same boat.  I am 5'3" I weigh about 135lbs. Last Friday I was at 131lbs.  8(....   just need to lose the last few.  I want to be down to 128....   Do lots of cardio. Run...  Bike....  If you can get some water bottles and use then as weight.  Cheap and easy.  That is what I like...lol...
