Dreyers Loaded Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup ice cream!  That is my carrot at the end of the stick for keeping my daily calorie count low.  I know that even though there aren't that many calories, that it isn't very healthy -- but it keeps me eating healthy the rest of the day!

Haven't found an alternative.  Then again, I haven't looked.  I love it!

I love love love love love cheese!!  Melted on pasta is definitely one of the best ways to eat it.  My problem right now (as a newbie to this 'healthy eating' stuff) is that I am having a really hard time eating salads without loading on the cheese.  I suppose I shouldn't have it in the house at all, but that sounds like a sin as well.  And, since a sin is a sin, might as well have it....!    : )

lots of memories from Grandma and Grandpa's house - nectarines and toast (with peanut butter), circus peanuts, doublemint gum, biscuits and sausage gravy, corn on the cob,......yummmm..

it's also funny - as a kid, I HATED cheddar cheese.  just the thought made me sick.  now, I love it!  every time I eat it, I think about my childhood hatred of cheese, and laugh.

I only looked from page 27 on, since most people's stats have hopefully changed in the past month-and-a-half (weight-wise). 

gh-ontario and mcoll3 -- we have nearly identical stats!!  Of course, yours are both a month-and-a-half old...

rothwell, mlverchick, and stace0926 - our stats are pretty close, and more current!

Small body frame, but I don't seem to look like it anymore!

I also just started here.  I have a friend who was doing this diet, but had to stop because she doesn't have anything left to lose.  She lost 30 lbs in 3 months, and is now TOO skinny.  It motivated me to do the diet too, because I saw her results.  Exercise was a big part of her success as well, so I'm trying to exercise more.  The eating part is pretty easy.  The things I love don't sound as delicious after I check out the calories!  Good luck to you!
