| ok everyone! I am having some difficulties picking out the team names. I would like to have them like school names for sports you know. Also do you know what this challenge could be called? Think of something like the NFL..you know cause thats a whole division of teams playing the same game trying to win! So I will let you guys be creative and will pick them! Thanks guys/girls! SW: 203 CW: 204.2 GW: 120 I'm sorry I didn't post anything last week (I was on vaca.). Umm Last week I started at 203 and now I'm at 204.2 :(. I guess vaca does that to you? Actually yourself does that to you...Well now that I am sitting here stuffed to the bone I just need to get on a diet..I am not doing very good. :( Well I would have to say my favorite soup Chicken Wild Rice :D mmmmm. |

| Thank you all for replying but I just have to say I am only 17 and I dont have control over what is bought for our food in our house. My brother and sister are SKINNY so then they can have anything they want so my mom buys them cookies, ice cream, etc. and so I cant control what I have in my house. I just know its there and so I go and have everything I can think of until I am full!!!
Tigerlily120: Yes I am ok, the news it VERY shocking to the whole country! I didn't think that the whole country found out until I was listening to one of my coworkers and they said it was on the Good Morning America show and it has been on every MN channel since it has happend!!!!! I was shocked. It is a horrible thing that has happend and I feel bad for everyone who was in it. I am about 2 hours away from the bridge it happend to so I personally wasn't affected but I know that there are alot of people that are hurt or have lost a love one from it. I appreciate your concern!!! Thanks everyone who is praying for the lost ones/hurt ones. I know it means alot to the whole state of Minnesota. Thank you for supporting. |

| When I have that time of the month I always shed 3-4 pounds that whole week without exercise and watching what I eat..but of coarse when the next week rolls around I gain that weight back | |||

| Hi everyone! I have lost 1.6 pounds in the last 3 days. I have no clue how I am doing this. I eat regularly (actually a little more than I usually do :(.) and didn't exercise until today. So that's exciting but I know that it wont go on like this. :( unfotunetly. Well I hope everyone has a good week and I will weigh in on Saturday! (hopefully if I'm not too busy..got alot of stuff to do..its our town's day so I get to be in the parade with the ppl where I work and get to walk so ill get some exercise..its going to be hot!!!!) | |||

| Hello! I'm 17 and I have 80 POUNDS to lose!!!!!!!!!!!!! It sucks..wish we would never have snacks in our house, that would make it alot easier. I use to only have 70 pounds to lose but I just lost a cousin in June who was a teen. It was very hard on everyone and I gained 10 pounds. I'm now trying to get back to dieting but just yesterday I had another family friend die in a car accident. 2 car accidents in 2 months. It's crazy! I'm still trying to keep motivated but it's hard sometimes. I know that I need to lose weight to feel better about myself. I think if we motivate eachother we can get through this!
God Bless you all! P.S. jmduran-I am sorry for your loss! I know what you are going through as well because I lost a teen cousin in a car accident! God does these things for a reason! Although we may not know why but I think he works misteriously. It's like my friend says "God broke our hearts to prove he only takes the best!". |

I'm 5'8" 200 pounds Eat..well I'm not sure how much I eat..I'm going to start my diet for sure tomorrow (hopefully all goes well) I am also going to try to aim for going to the gym 6 times a week (resting on Sat.) |

| soooo. if i burn 2400 cal.s a day just by doing nothing (i think thats right..or is that too high??) i should cut 500 cal.s from that and eat 1900 cals a day and then exercise????????? yeah im a slow one..if i im eating 1500-1600 cals a day is that good? and then burning about 400 cals a day. Would i still lose alot of weight fast or............augh..so confused | |||

| DDR is really fun!!! You can get it for PS2, Xbox, PC, and any game console I think! Although when I go into workout mode it wont let me burn very much calories. I try to burn 200 but the number of songs is limited. I think you just need to up the levels. It measures the cal.s burned by you getting the "note" it tells you to so every "note" you hit you get a certain amount of calories burned. After practice you will get it! It's alot of fun!!! | |||

| I am 5'8". I like to go outside and play basketball (just shooting the ball) but it gets so hot and humid in MN and it's hard to do stuff outside sometimes. I do workout at a local gym but I really want to find out how to lose alot of calories in one session. I dont have any medical/physical conditions either. | |||
