| i know. i should of. when i put the 2 tablespoons olive oil in the pan like the recipe said i realized it was too much so i tried to scrape out some.. but only got out about 1/2 tablespoon.

| you know what i do?
at least once ( ...or twice :] ) a week i don't go on CC at all. no calorie counting, no recording exercise, nothing. just ::try:: to eat good and try not to worry TOO much about what your calorie intake is. |

| I have the same problem. But it's especially when I'm alone. I keep finding myself in front of the refrigerator and eating, and I can't control it at all. I want to stop, I tell myself to, but I can't. Plus, I live with my parents and my sister who don't always buy the healthiest foods, so they're always there. |
