| I usualy have a small single serving box of raisens or and I know it is empty sugar but I enjoy a tootsie roll pop once in a while, also in todays world there are a whole lot of 100 calorie packages out there, one of them is pop secret 100 calorie popcorn which once it is popped it makes a whole lot so some times I divide it in half and the next day I eat the other half. I also try to schedule this in my daily eating I know that I eat dinner around 6:00 and I usualy go to bed about 10:30 to 11:00 so if I plan I can have my snack around 8:30 and I know it will not be long till I go to bed. One thing I do after dinner is I take a walk go out and visit with my neighbors, or I do what I am doing right now, because it is raining outside I am on the computor. | |||

My husband is disabled from accident he had a work 6 years ago,I have a son who just got married and he has a lovely wife, and I have a daughter who still lives at home at this time but is suppose to be moving out. I am hoping that if I can talk to others maybe I will not go to the ketchen and eat when I have had all I can eat for the day. just because I am stressed. |

| well you and I are in the same boat, I have never done this either, I am just learning. I dont have very many friends and it would be nice to talk to someone, besides my husband of 26 years and my childern Desiree and Nicholas who most of the time are the light of my life but sometimes they drive me crazy and I do not have far to go for that. I would very much like to be your friend. | |||

hand shaking, If you are a women, your hand shake should have be gentle, but firm, one that says you know who you are and you are a women. On the other hand; men as my husband, who has told my daughter many times that when her dates come to the door and shake his hand that a real man has a firm hand shake, one that must grip the palm not the fingers. He says that a real man shake this way, I spoke to my dad about this and he agrees. My dad as been a sales man all his working like and if a man shakes hands like your shaking hands with a child, they will not ever get anywhere. My husband likes a firm grip when my daughters dates come, he says the main reason is that when they go out if the date had a firm handshake he feels more like that guy would be able to protect her better. |

I was so sad to hear about your dog. A few years ago our cocker got out and I didnt see him get out. I was in a hurry, and my father n law was in the hospital and was not doing well. That night I stayed at my inlaws house with my kids, the next morning I checked my messages and our neighbor had said that our cocker had gotten out and that someone had ran over him. yest I called my husband of course crying he was at the hospital with my father n law who was unconscious it was then that my husband had said that during the night my father n law started petting and was repeating over and over its ok Boot, everything is going to be ok Boot was the name of our cooker. My father n law didn't really no our dog, as they only been back here in our home state about a year and a half and most of the time we went to their house, so he didn't really have a relationship with our dog My father n law passed away a few days later. Ill be praying for you n family |

I wonder if they maybe going to try a back door and get Dick out. But I do not see Zack going home. I see Amber but who knows. I hate the America's choice thing that they are doing, at first I liked it but then you could see that America is playing games with Eric, making sure he has to do the something that he doesn't want to do, example like not talking to Jesica, who didnt know that was going to happen. When Dick first came in the house, I wanted him to get a relation back with his daughter but now I am tired of him, but it would be in everybody's best interest to keep him in, as no body likes him and who would you rather sit next to at the end but him. But all could turn around sitting next to the most hated person, as I have seen it before, that the most hated won. Do we all remember Dr. Will. |
