| I'm also hitting the 3rd box in 2 months. I'm not happy about it either. 30 didn't bother me but 27 did. It was like...okay....I'm almost 30. Now I'm getting ready to have to say.....I'm in my late 30's. NOT COOL!!!
However...on a second note....We can thank God we are alive to see another, another, another.......BIRTHDAY! P.S. HAPPY BIRTHDAY! |

| The Lounge | Ouija Board.... | Jul 19 2007 16:44 (UTC) |

| The board my family had was a very old one and it wasn't built by a toy company. It was an original hand made one. We found it in the basement of our farmhouse under the steps in a compartment with an old army helment. Strange things happend in this house. (BTW this was 25 years ago). We (my 4 siblings, along with my parents) checked it out. Regardless of the question, or who had their hands on it it always spelled out "seven". Over and over and over. We thought....well this things broke!
7 days later my uncle died in my house (heart attack) &n bsp;   ; &n bsp; He was 37 years old 7 weeks later on the 17th of the month my 17 year old uncle died in a car crash. He had just got his license and hit a tree. Odd things would happen in that house: We would be eating dinner and it would sound like all the dishes had fallen out of the cabinets in the kitchen. Just to go in there and find one thing laying on the counter...Our statue of the Blessed Mother fallen over. We would all be downstairs and hear the "electric" organ playing upstairs. We would go check to find it unpluged. (the plugs in those days were in the ceiling with the lights) My brother asked my mom why she walked to the top of the stairs every night but never came in his room. She had never done this. One night my grandpa spent the night in my brother's room and he reported hearning faint moans coming from the wall. My parents even called a local spiritual man to come to our home. He told that he felt the spirits there but they were at peace and would not harm anyone. CAN YOU BELIEVE WE STAYED!!!!! At least for a few more years. So....my take on this is.... spirits exist. I'm not going to do anything to upset or "invade" their spirit existence. I have about 20 people who experience the same thing I did in this house so I know I didn't dream or imagine it. Sorry...didn't mean to scare anyone. Just my expeirences. |

| I just read an article in Prevention magazing about peanutbutter.
It says.... "serve up a heaping healping of peanut butter and start melting away fata from the first bite! You get to eat peanut butter every day while you lose up to 25 lbs. in a single year. This is the clinically proven weight loss solution you never thought you'd see. In a study of Brigham an dWomen's Hospital in Boston, a researcher divided 101 overweight people into tow groups. one group limited fat to a very low 20% of calories. The other group ate monosaturated fat foods such as peanut butter, nuts, olive oil, and avocados, which boosted their fat total to a rich 35% of calories. Both groups got the sam edaily caloires: 1,200 for women and 1,500 for men. Both groups lost about 11 lbs in the first 6 weeks, but TWICE as many peanut butter dieters stuck it out and maintained their loss for 18 months. The low-fat group had double the dropouts, and those who stayed gained about 5 lbs. Why? People have to enjoy what they are eating or they will not stick with any weight loss plan." SO......ENJOY YOUR PEANUT BUTTER!!! ;-) |

| Hello all.
I just saw the infomercial and I'm ordering it now. My husband will probably kill me because we don't have 60+ dollars to spend right now. I just have do do something. I tried to join the gym last week but with 2 children 3 and 6 it's more of a burden than anything. I got my refund yesterday. :-( So, I saw this commercial and I figured it didn't seem too hard. I'm at 203lbs but I'm still a pretty active person. I start student teaching in 4 weeks and I'm praying I've lost a little bit by then. If not I must go shopping once again for appropriate clothes. My mother and father are both in the 60's and are in very poor health. I have vowed not to grow older and go down hill. I'm going to make as much of my life as I can while I'm here....for me and my children. Good luck to all and please say a prayer for me. Sheila |
