K well I eat 6 times a day... all healthy meals (tuna, chicken breast, bla bla ) thats to keep my metabolism high.. then i workout out 6 times a week 3 days weight lift 3 days cardio i take protein after mostly all workouts and i guess thats how i lost most of my inches.. and for the cardio its hiit on either treadmill or elliptical for 20 min

ay bodyscience I got a free bottle of BCAA CAPS wth my whey protein.. should they be taken everyday or just on lifting days??

nono bodyscience ive been taking that methyl ripped.. and i only lost 4 lbs.. i doubt it was muscle i look a bit more defined now...and i take whey protein after every weight session ... im stronger also..
i was jst figuring that since i havent gone down in weight so much that i burned lots of fat maybe perserved or gained a bit of lean mass to balance out cz i lost 3-4 inches off waist size

Ive lost about 4 inches off my waist.. and like 3-4 lbs. that means i lost mostly body fat correct??

I know that ur muscles do not grow while losing body fat % but shouldnt they atleast look more defined and cut (better) than they did before since you are strength training

If i run outside i wont be payin half as much attention as i would if i was at the gym on a treadmill.. and i dnt think id b running as fast for a constant amount of time.. i dunno.. bt my friend sounds very sure freestyle running is better than a treadmill...

I personally would never take creatine cuz it jst forces water into your muscles and once u stop workin out for a while, all your muscles will convert to flab... ur biceps will be jello-like lol
You should just do whey protein n glutamine that sounds perfectly fine..

im backkkk i had a quick question .. am i supposed to feel anything specific after taking the pill or anything at all like get a headache cz i dont...  i feel the same i dont feel any difference its like im takin a multivitamin lol..
shud i jst go straight to 2-3 pills per serving before a week has gone by or what??
and 1 more question how long do u think it will be before i can notice any changes?

Will the product still work if i only do my workouts @ night?? cuz im at work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. i start workin out around 8 p.m. so will the supplement still have the same effect??

I bought the product yesterday... jst had a few questions maybe u knew the answers to.. It says take it once in the morning on empty stomach or before morning workout how long shud i wait before eating if i take it during the morning and it says take the pill again 6 hours later.. but when shud i take after ive had my food or before or how long before or after?? get back at me if you can thx

Dont do them everyday of the week.. its like your working against your goal... u shudnt overwork them i would say maybe take a few days off n when u start again do them everyday

90 oz. = 11 cups of water is good. they say you should drink half your body weight in ounces... lol bt i drink a gallon each day.. nothing harmful can come from it and its very healthy..

Go see your doctor......... and if anything is wrong im pretty sure he can help you find ways to deal with it.. and take a break off  from lifting , relax your muscles alittle.

It could be water retention... you should drink lots of water (atleast half your body weight in ounces) and cardio is #1 at burning fat sooo keep trying.  I drink a gallon or more of water per day its very good for you and try to reduce sodium to a complete minimum in your diet cz it is 1 of the causes that stubborn layer of fat on the stomach

i only take whey protein shakes on workout days about 100g of whey protein 50 before and 50 after.... so on the other days there is no chance of me reaching 200 g of protein.. lol Should i be taking protein shakes on the days that i dont strength train??(if so then i shud be taking it everyday??)

I have a pretty healthy diet and i do get enough fruits n veggies the Multi-vits is just incase i lack some "nutrients" or w.e bt ya other then that im good.

That sounds fine to me.. its recommended you get a good amount of carbs in your system before the gym anyways as fuel
