I am so excited because I did not lose any weight last week, but this week I've lost 3lbs.  I can not believe it!  I've been trying to lost 10lbs for the past 1yr with no success, but with CC I've been able to lose the weight.  When I joined CC, I weighed 149.  I;ve acutuallly lost the 10lbs in 2months.  Thanks for the support.

steamed brocolli, raw carrots (my favorite snack to curve my appetite), and a classic Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich on wheat............um um good! Oh, and chicken noodle soup.  Ok now I am hungry. :)

count me in, this is my struggle as well.  I'm 143 trying to get to 130.  Losing 10lbs is alot more difficult than I thought.  I hear people losing 50-7lbs and that is wonderful!  So naturally I thought I was up to a 10lb challenge.  Well it's been 6months and I'm still in the battle, but just recently about 2 month ago when I started keeping a food diary and adjusting my calorie intake, I've started losing weight.  I went from 150 to 143!  Almost there, but I'm motivated to lose 10 more!
