I am doing it every day.....I an using 2 lbs weight so I don't think that's a big deal....I am surprised it's only 175 cals burned.feels like more than that.

I am doing the 30 day challenge also...today is day seven and I can't say how much I have loss because TOM came early....continue to do well.

Thank you for the response....I have loss 50 pounds so far..I fry my eggs in olive oil and yes I eat whole wheat...it all boils down to me eating more. I will aim for 1800 calories and I will see where that takes me.

I gained 7 pounds as a result of drinking protein shake....never again....I have decided to eat more meats, cheese and tc to get my protein..I have loss the 7 but I feel like I could have been closer to my goal....

You can't spot reduce...how sad. Just eat well and exercsie and the body will decide where the fat should come off.

I have the same problem....I usually workout five times a week I think it's best I work out three times a week because everyday my cals is only 1500 so that means I am burning too much cal. I usually do tae bo. But the strange thing is I am addicted to exercising but I can't eat more than 1500. I will see how this week goes with only exercising three times a week.

I was eating 1200 and I was on  a plateau since Nov. I recently increased my calories to 1500 and I gained 12 pounds. I decided to stick to the 1500 and now I am losing 2 lbs a week again. I realize now that 1200 was not enough for me. I must be honest to see the scale go up was not an easy thing, but atleast I have things moving again.

I am also pear shape and I have the same problem as you. I discover that I can't do a lot of weights training because I build muscles very fast in my legs and I don't want to increase the size of my legs. Right now I am doing a lot of cardio, lunges and squats. I would use weights, but only ten pounds weights. I think walking is the best thing to do. I am waiting for the weather to clear up and I will get back into my walking routine. People that are pear shape has to be VERY persistent. I do weight training 2 X's a week.

I am a teacher and I had the same problem, but I had to sacrifice a few mins for myself because I am worth every min.

I am a special ed elementary teacher.

I am scheduled to be at work for 8:30 a.m but my son is in middle school so I drops him to school for 7:30 a.m. I eat my breakfast at 6: 30 a.m. I reach to work at 7:35 a.m. I have a small snack at 10:30 a.m. I eat lunch at 12:15 p.m. I eat again at 3:45 during dismissal.

Last year I was general ed teacher, but during that time I make sure ate a huge breakfast and lunch.

Don't give up, the same thing happened to me. But I remeasured myself and I am back to a loss. Make sure you stretch after a workout, most important drink a lot of water. Hang in there, the body is an amazing thing.

I am eating 1500 to 1600 cal I track my food every day. I just measured this morning and my thighs were not like that last week.

My protein is 60 which I always meet

I don't meet my fat that is always on the lower end

My carbs are 250 I always hit 200 I am trying to get that down

My sodium is 1500
