Your thirst will catch up to you.
Drink that smart water stuff. It will help debloat.
When you are dehydrated like that you need electrolytes with the water to help your body balance it out. (smartwater has that)

Another thing is adding frozen berries to a water bottle and shake it up really hard. I like raspberries and strawberries. Something natural and less tart than plain ole' lemon.

Well I guess I would say I was at my heaviest for about a year and then slowly decreased in weight for a couple years.
I would say obese level for about a year
Overweight level about two years - these couple years of yo-yo thing trying out different diets etc.

Ive been in the healthy weight range for a little over a year now I think.

I wasnt over weight my whole life. I really gained it after 25.
But I notice as I am at my lower weights I have to maintain for longer than my medium healthy weights. I assume is you just cant get as much nutrient support in lower cals and my age.

I love this subject though as everyone is different.
Quitting smoking make skin recovery go a boatload faster.

Give it a year or two and see what happens.

star...You need at least 12% essential fat as a chick so..yeh..lol
Dont do it! Congrats on the loss.
:)

This is reason is why I go to maintaince everytime I see lose skin.
If you still are losing try to maintain your new lower weight for awhile. It takes longer to get to your final goal. But I am glad I did this way. So far almost 100 gone and no lose skin in sight. It did happen at the end of 20 lbs losses..But it tightened up as I maintained for a few months and then kicked off the loss again.
I think it makes it easier to deal with your new lower weight food level too.

Just doing resistance bike and eating higher protien..

I gained 1-1.5 lbs a week of muscle when going to maintain.
Not counting the first 5 of glycogen gain.

I am a female 30y.o.
Not a juicer
Perhaps an alien?

Few more pounds and we will see if it happens again.
I am prone to putting on muscle. I dont drink or eat sugary stuff much. I know drinking can affect your testosterone levels (drops it)

^^^yeh. How much are you eating and burning?

lt70000- from what you did say...That weight could just be from bloating and not drinking enough. At least some of it.

You can build a pound of muscle faster than 1 pound per year.
You can gain 1-2 pounds a week eating right and exercising.

not drinking enough water will add to the knee and back pain (another thing to motivate you to stay drinking)

If you feel sick to your stomach - Try filtered water.
I hate all other water (except smartwater- thats good stuff)

When you are dehydrated you stomach will quease at drinking more water. Try an electorlyte drink as your water starter when that happens. You stomach will like it better. If water is too cold and your dehydrated...that will cause extra quease too.

A hydrated body has a faster metabolism - another motivational thing.

you should be having (without exercise) 1/2 your weight in ounces.

115/2 = 57 ounces

You body should adjust within a week of drinking your 60 ounces.
More if you exercise. TO determine how much you should drink post exercise. Weigh in before and after. Drink the change.

I was ill and it affected my grad date/credits.
Still took the SATS - Got my G.E.D. on the week of my 17th birthday
(i was set to grad early anyway before getting sick)
Then I went to a local col to get credits. Those credits count back towards your highschool diploma. That was forever ago so I forget the details...But thats what you have to go and do to take the next step of vocational or degree thing.

Dont wait on your boss. Forward yourself. You can take single courses at schools. Talk to admissions at your desired school. Also you want to lay out the plans if you are going into getting a degree and see who accepts who's credits etc. But right now you could look into something online to get those few credits to get the official HSD. Talk to your old highschool to see what they accept as credits.

I did the ged thing because it was required to where I was applying for at a local penn state campus. Perhaps there is something you can take online now to get those credits?
I did online school and it was so great. A lot of busy work. But it was worth it because I didnt have to go to class at (x) time carrying around books that were as heavy as me.

Since you dont know what you want to do..You should just take a voc. training type thing to make more money. Those you can complete in a year or so. Any loans you take out pay them on time and build your credit. Those skills are something you can do when getting a degree or waiting for a job from your degree.

18 - worked and went to school.

Nothing motivates you to bust your *ss for something better than the real world.

Reasons I moved:
1- City instead of hick town
2- Personal interest/work in paticular metro
3- I am proud to say I did it on my own
4- I hate leeches and refuse to be one
5- I like feeling I really earned it instead of something being handed to me
6- Everything I did or have is mine and mine alone
7- Saw the how people got crazy when they lived at mom and dads way too long and couldnt deal with the cost of being on thier own mentally.

I just think you better figure out what you want to do before time gets away from you.
Living at home or not.

Isnt there better paying work than what you have now?

I think gun control is needed because we obviously cant control ourselves.

I just think people need to register it and be approved for it like everything else that is a gift of liberty.

Hmmm...

Death is a part of life.

I always think of these horrible things as a needed mess to evolve.
It has nothing to do with guns in the grande scheme.
But we all think we are so important as individuals.

Any animal feeling cornered is going to get aggressive. Thats all this is. If it wasnt a gun it would be a knife or a bare fist.
Human nature is to kill and dominate. We are not even close to evolving beyond that. Thats how everything exists here on earth.

Had to share it because it made me laugh in that "too true" sorta way.

you will lose weight as your body likes too...

BUT

Eating non-prcessed foods, water only as a beverage and small frequent meals will reduce bloating in that area. So it would appear that you lose more.

Exercises - google that. There are a ton free ones out there.
I just hold my muscles as tight as i can for a count of 10- 15x -3x a week. Gives me results. But I have a lowish body fat (20%) and build muscle easily.

Get a second opinion. I had a friend in school that had to get stones taken out a couple times. I was young so I dont remember the details other than her complaining "AGAIN" whenever it happened.

Tired can mean you are a bit dehydrated.

Drink up!

If you do plain water have something salty with it.
I know it goes against what people usually say. But it makes you feel better when you are rehydrating if you dont have the gatorade stuff.

Either way..I think I would rather just diet or be fat than inject myself with anythings urine.

Laxatives suck. Unless you like feeling like someone is punching your intenstines out through your butthole.

When you eat more food you need more water to move it through.

Just have a day of all fruit, soups, and salads with water, orange juice and grape juice. They are all natural laxative type foods.

Avoid diet pop, processed foods, nuts, cheese and meat.

You never saw my mother freak out about this.

It wasnt like as posted above by others. Things would be thrown etc...over a slice of lunch meat that was sitting in the fridge about to go bad.

So yeh...much like those dogs.

Why do you care? They make the crap everyday.

My mother was like this. I found it so annoying and insane to be this way and start fights over liking the same food.

It makes me think of bad dogs that get put to sleep for being snappy when anyone gets near thier food dish.

I agree with your boyfriend really. To me it sounds like you want him to do what you want. What about what he wants?

Get a hobby of your own and stop with the clingy thing.
I would be pretty annoyed if I were him too.

Its only 115 cals/2 oz
You use about a 1/2-1c in a whole batch that serves about 4-6

Its really not that much from the coconut milk.
They sell light versions too. (half the cals)
