Thanks, I'll have to go on my desktop with that link I think. The ol' laptop doesn't seem to like it. Still, 408 sounds ok for a filthy treat! Maybe I best add a couple more hundred to that as "large" may have been an understatement Meh, I'll work it off over the next few days! |

I think the details given on the back of the pack are given as cooked. I like brown rice tho', never had it before I started to get fit but I like the crunchiness of it! At least you know your not putting a load of bleach and crap into your system! |

Any Clubland Extreme Hardcore for Cardio - the faster the BPM the faster it makes me work out. Slipknot or In Flames for weight lifting and Boxercise - nothing like a bit of rage for lifting heavier or punching harder! |

| Weight Loss | Would it be at all possible to get the abs I want through weight loss only..? | Jan 22 2008 10:34 (UTC) |

Get a swiss ball, they look like over inflated beach balls but they don't half work your core muscles. If you've got half an hour spare every other day you'll develop some decent abs. You can find exercise routines on the t'interweb or Swiss Ball DVD's are pretty cheap. Be warned though, you look daft on them at first as its a nightmare trying to stay on! |

I control binging by saying to myself if I restrict Calories to 1500ish every weekday and go to the gym at least 4 times a week I can have 2 days a week when I can eat or drink what the hell I want. It works for me as during the week I don't tend to go out which leaves the weekends to indulge! |

| I used to be like that with juice after going out but stick to Ice Cold water after a drinking session. It brings me round much quicker than Fresh Orange ever did, no extra cals and I save a fortune on juice lol | |||

Hi I work in a UK school as Senior Science Technician, its like a Teacher but I can walk out of classrooms whenever I want! Does anyone else find the staffroom a nightmare place for Goodies? Everytime I go in there its masses of either cakes, biscuits or crisps! I try and avoid the place during break! Anyway, good luck all =) |

I love it too... but I hate the prospect of it being gym night! I go every other day but when its gym night I've got to really motivate myself to go. I'm quite sure I've had a Gollum like argument with myself about the pros and cons of going to the gym whilst walking home from work on more than one occasion... lol am i selling myself as weird here? |

| Fitness | How can i go from doing 2 pushups to doing 27 push ups??? | Jan 17 2008 12:41 (UTC) |

Hi, I don't consider myself an expert in the field of push-ups or anything but its "quite" easy to build up the amount of push-ups you can do in one sitting. Build it up over the week: In the first week. Do as many as possible on the first day. Next day do one more... next do do another extra one etc etc. Does this Monday to Friday. On the second week. Start with the amount you did on the previous Friday and again, just do an extra one each day. Also, as someone else mentioned, make sure you benchpress to build up your chest and do tricep squats (stand infront of a chair, lower yourself til your palms touch the chair on the seat then using your arms lift and lower so you can feel the stretch in the back of your arms) Doing the extra muscle work will get you up to your 27 in no time. I used this method in the summer and got up to 45 press-ups in one go over a period of 3 months
good luck |
