Week 1: 7/23 &nb sp; 139 Week 2: 7/30 &nb sp; 141 Week 3: 8/6 &nbs p; &nb sp; 138.5 Week 4: 8/13 &nb sp; 138.5 (-3.5) Week 5: 8/20 &nb sp; 138.5 Week 6: 8/27 &nb sp; 137.5 ***Whoo Hoo....Slowly but surely the lbs are falling! I've lost 4.5 lbs in 6 weeks! 17.5 more to go! |

| I was 5'5.5" and weighed 120. I danced so a lot of it was muscles. I didn't really worry about weight then.
Now....I'm still 5'5.5" and weigh 138 down from 142 (YEAHHHH! But I have been busting my butt to lose those 4 lbs.). My ideal weight was to be 120 again but I realize that would not look too good on me now since my body has changed (i.e. hips, breasts, etc). So now my ideal weight is anywhere between 125 -130.....so I've got 8-13 lbs left to lose. |

I have been thinking of this as well. I have family and friends who have done it and they speak so highly of it. I know I have got to have tons of toxin in my body. I grew up on Mc Donald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, etc. This became a lifestyle into my adulthood. When do you intend to start? |

| I weigh myself every Monday morning. I started out with daily weigh ins and would get so disappointed if I didn't like what I saw. Weekly weigh ins work great for me. I actually looking forward to Monday mornings! | |||

| I'm 37, 5'5" - 5'6" and weigh 138.5. Three weeks was my first weigh in and I was 142. I eat no more than 1400 calories, drink at least 80 oz of water and go to the gym 3 days a week. In the 3 weeks I have lost 3.5 lbs. The first week I lost 2.5 lbs at 139.5 (everyone was telling me it was water weight) The second week weigh in I was at 141 lbs. I was so frustrated to see that all of my hard work only lost me 1 lb. The third week weigh in is at 138.5 lbs. This is all to say that the scale is not always the best indication. How do your clothes feel on you? looser?? I can now wear clothes that were either too tight or did not fit at all. I know how you feel but try to bBe patient....everything that you are doing will pay off (you will have more energy, your clothes will fit looser, your self esteem will be enhanced, etc). I agree that you may want to try to stay around the 1400 range. We are the same height and weight and this rate is showing a 1 lb/wk weight loss. |

| Hi tegger2,
I was taking 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) 3 times a day for about 2 weeks. I stopped b/c I ran out. I did lose inches b/c my clothes fit much looser, but this was in combination with a 1400 calorie intake and exercise 3 times a week (bootcamp, kwando, and aerobics) so not sure how much the ACV impacted inches lost. I didn't notice much difference in scale weight loss but feel great that I can wear clothes that were very tight or just didn't fit at all. I'm looking forward to how others reply.... |
