B - No time, classes all morning. Coffee w/ Splenda and non-fat Creamer first thing. L - Stir-fried vegetables (squash, zucchini, onions, red peppers), brown rice, and black bean salsa S - Apple, Hot Earl Grey tea D - Turkey Sandwich, Salad with Honey Mustard dressing, and Fruit Salad (grapes, pineapple, honeydew melon, cantaloupe) S2- Walnuts I eat in my school's cafeteria, so choices can be limited sometimes. |
