| Hi lyanock,
I'm afraid I am not a doctor so cannot help in that respect. Have you asked the doctor regarding your weight? I know a few people that have had period problems being overweight. Perhaps their lack of concern is also due to your youngish age, not fair! I would be finding yet another doctor and ask for some straight answers. lotsa love x |

| Hey all!
Just been catching up on all the posts. repebi - I am a little like you in that I am not much of a calorie counter, but I have become a nutrition label reader. One of my biggest challenges was to get off the coke (the drink :P), I could easily drink 2 litres a day, a sugar nightmare! I am now free of that particular addiction. Taken the advice re: hubby, we now eat seperate meals, more work, but more effective. Lost the exercise motivation recently, not quite sure what happened was loving it. Think it may be due to a lack of sleep (writing PhD so working odd hours). Anyways think I am down about 1-2 libs this week, I will take that :) lotsa love to you all x |

Well done to all of you on this week's successes. Nothing happening here...lol...3 exercises sessions and too many good meals=zero weight loss *sigh* I find it harder when hubby is around. When he is away on business I am more motivated and eat a lot better! I have tried to get him to join me in the exercise quest, but as of yet no luck. Would be happy with 100g this week hehe Lotsa love x |

| Hi All,
I am another 200+ (although in my part of the world we work in kg - so in that sense I am in the 100+ club hehe) I have been going for about 2 months and have lost about 22lbs, I figure slowly but surely. Funnily enough I don't feel 200+ and am reasonably happy until I see a photo of myself lol but time to do something about it. Some advice on how to document progress would be great. Weigh-ins are fine, but i don't feel different and therefore lose a little motivation, does anyone document through clothes size, photos etc? Warm Regards, Cailea (from the land down under :)) |
