edunph....that is good news!!!!! Maybe it will take our body a couple of days to get used to this way of eating....my husband who is an avid body builder says I need to eat atleast 2000 calories during active days...i said that is way to much food for me. So it looks like your on the right track........still wavering between 114.5 and 115.5 (LOL atleast it is below that 116 point.) I sooo would love to see 113 or 112. |

Sublimelife087, Thank you so very much for coming to my rescue.....I was wondering why some of the posters were so judgmental.....I'm so glad you saw my point as I was feeling like I was being attacked. |

Playergirl, I am not here to be chastised(as I mentioned once again I am not using it as a quick fix...my primary goal is to use exercise and diet to lose weight) I am not trying to push or sell anything. Furthermore, I am not taking the pills......so please stop it with your scolding....my goodness! This site is about supporting each other. |

Hi playergirl, Thanks for advice on slimquik; however, I mentioned it was a product that was all natural...it is certainly not a diet formula or "quick fix". I do realize that diet and exercise are key points in losing weight. I mentioned previously in my posts that I was tweaking those areas.....only mentioned the slimquik for debloating and curbing appetite abilities. Carmenxox- Going to try the advice you gave Edunph...Thank Edunph- Let us know how it goes with increasing your calories on those active days....I just tried this today. Definitely had more energy and felt like I could exercise forever.....no increased hunger at all. |

| Welcom celtic_rose. I will definitely try to stay away from sweets and wine.....maybe that will help. I just tried a product called slimquick ....it is all natural and supposed to curb hunger, debloat and increase energy. I must say that is working with curbing hunger. Anybody else tried it? Starting today I will try to eat this way. Let me know any other tricks celtic_rose. How many calories should we be eating? Is it 1800? | |||

Hey there,
I am also 5'2 @ 116lbs. I was consistently 109 lbs. before I gave birth to my now 19 month old son. I would like to get to that 109 mark, 105 would even be better. Was down to 114 before I went on a cruise and blew it. I am currently dieting, exercising 3-4 times a week (30 min. of cardio). Today I just started taking a green tea regimen. |
