| Probably some truth to this article. I think it depends on your body type and lifestyle. For twenty years my body has been in "starvation mode" and I have steadily gained weight. Since I was 14 I've eaten one meal a day, not by design. Some days I would be so busy and just never get around to eating anything.
I say this all to say . . . I have 20 pounds to loose. I am counting calories. However I had to INCREASE the calories I consume in a day. I am also excercising and I make sure I burn more calories than I consume each day. It's working for me, I'm loosing weight (5 pounds in a week and a half), WITH DAILY EXCERCISE. I beleive I needed to "wake up" my metabolism. |
