Today I surpassed my goal weight by 1 lb.!!!!!  That's right....144 lbs. today!!! Wowzers!!!! I am sooooo happy! Yeah, when I saw that on the scale, I had to sit on my tub and just started ballin!!! Let me warn you guys of something right now! There is a lot of emotional that goes along with this physical journey! More than I ever thought possible! But in the end, you always come up smilin and that makes it all worth it! Every bit of it!!!!

My fiance just surprised me with a cruise for my birthday Wednesday, so I finished this just in time to end up coming back to re-lose after the cruise! That's ok though!  Love him!

Now if I can only figure out this maintenance thing!!

I'll still be around checkin on you guys, so stay strong and please, please don't ever give up! Hey, the newest Biggest Loser is getting ready to begin! I soooo love that show! It's so motivating!!! Let's all watch it together!

Exercise: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. in a.m., then a 40 min. run/walk combo during lunch. None on weekends. I was down to 146 on Friday. I have 7 lbs. to goal, so I need to seriously buckle down!

Good morning all!

Just wanted to check in and say hi! WELCOME to all the newcomers! You will love this group! Everyone is so supportive!

So glad to see the progress Brownsug!! Can't wait to see you hit that 206-207! You are right there!

Lisa and Harmonwelcome to Onederland! You ladies are doing awesome! As the veteran of the group, I am sooo proud! Keep up the good work!

As for me, I'm now down to 146. My new goal is 145, but I would ultimately like to get to 142 so that I have some insurance lbs. in there and can stay far away from the 150's! No hurry though.....I'm embracing my new me, and so proud of how I've come through this journey! All of you will get there too! I can tell you that there will be times when you want to quit, there will be plateaus that will make you want to scream! Just know that it will pass.....please know that calorie counting and a little movement WILL get you where you want to be, but it takes a little time....allow yourself that time, and just enjoy the ride! I did, and I'm here to tell you guys it is one of most (if not the most) rewarding thing I have ever done for myself! The new confidence is unyielding! I want this euphoria for all you too! Please hang in there and keep at it! Touching that ribbon at the finish line is one of the best things you'll ever experience!

I'm with Kristine on this one.....I always try to turn things around in a relationship and say to myself, "How would I feel if he were doing the same?" If I can honestly say I'm ok with it, then fine, otherwise I need to make a change. As far as hanging with the ex, I would say not a good idea. It's just best in general to take yourself out of temptations way. In my experience when ex's hang out there could be(not has to be) some sort of lingering feelings on one side or the other, so why complicate your current relationship? Of course if the relationship with the ex is more important, that's another issue........I don't think it's a matter of insecurity, just not necessarily healthy. Now having said all that, I do know people that have friendships with ex's and it works fine, but their current s/o doesn't mind or they are single.

yasminep I am so sorry! I just noticed you asked me my height a ways back and I never responded! Hope you are still out there! I'm 5'8" and yes I started on CC at 211 lbs....proof that this is very doable! Trust me, I'm no superwoman...anybody can do this if they set their mind to it! The main thing is to not make the mistake of getting discouraged at the ups and downs, and think of this as a bit of a journey that's not going to happen overnight, but it is so worth the extra effort!

tmoakley YoU gO GiRl!!! Way to work it out!!! You WILL get to that weight loss goal! Don't even look at that big number! Break that &#!@ down to smaller numbers! Every time I thought about how much I had to lose it was an instant downer, but when I just focused on the next mini-goal, I felt it was within reach!

Hey brownsug, like I was saying before, just like $$ those 1's add up to 10's and 20's so you stick with it and just like you said...it's one day at a time! WAY TO GO!!!

No worries mikka! That tummy will come down with the lbs...trust me! You lose weight all over, but that seems to be the area I've noticed the most! Good job on losing almost 2 lbs.! You'll see that 193 before you know it!

Thanks for all the kudos lisaok! I can't stress enough that it will come in time! It seems like yesterday I was looking at that huge number of 63 lbs. to lose, and now its 1?! WTH?!!? Lol!

I'm 5'8" and as of this morning I am FINALLY 149!! My CC goal is 148, but I think my ultimate goal is 142-145 just so I can have a big enough cushion to stay away from the 150's. I really just want to try to maintain anywhere in the 140's.

Thanks jaefuma for the kudos! You know they always say that when you have a week with a big loss, the next week won't be as kind. I'm hoping that won't happen to me. I did horribly over the weekend and gained, but I'm already back down, so hopefully I can hold on to last week's weight or maybe even show a lb. loss. Either way, I'll wait until tomorrow to post.

It's ok jodifer, we all have those times (all too often for me ;o( )! You're back in the game now, and that weight is coming off!

I too have lost 60 lbs. and that loss of the double-chin is right at the top of my list! Hmmmm...let's see, seeing and feeling muscle in places I've never felt before is awesome, and not having that big ol' stomach anymore rocks!!!

Harmonpl-You go girl!!! You've lost over 30lbs!!! You should be so proud of yourself!!! Plus you reached your goal for vacation!! Don't worry about weight while on vacation! Go...have a great time...and just get back to it when you return!

I'll be here....heck, today my weight is back up from the weekend....usual Tonya fashion!! Geesh! I will stay on CC even after reaching my goal to log calories until I feel comfortable winging it, so I'll be around! I look forward to seeing the rest of you reach your goals as well!
