Start with a herbal laxative the previous evening. 32 oz lukewarm water with 2tsp sea salt first thing next morning; this is for elimination. In each 8oz glass of water: 2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice, 2 Tbsp maple syrup or Black strap molasses, & 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper You can have 6 - 12 glasses per day for cleansing or weight-gain purposes; 6 glasses for weightloss I'm now on day 2...

I started this diet on June 3rd this year, and stayed on for 14 days. My starting weight was 220lbs. I had a baby 3 months earlier. After finishing the diet, I had not weighed, however it changed my eating habits for good. I have totally cut meat and chicken, all snacks, refined foods, alcohol, etc. I am currently 188lbs. I lost 5" in my waist, and 4" in my hips. I am 5' 7". My goal is 160lbs. Today, I started the cleanse once again. You can lose 2lbs per day. It all depends on your body type and toxin build up. My greatest benefits; self-esteem, and healthier eating habits. It is worth it!

I started the Master Cleanse plan on June 3rd, 2007. It lasted 14 days. Since then I have totally cut meat, chicken, all breads and pastries, snacks and sweets, sodas, and juices (except unsweetened orange juice). I have also cut pasta, and rice products. I use white potatoes, plantains and ground provisions for starch, a lot of vegies, and fruits, anf fish and beans; green tea each evening and 32oz salt water flush every morning. I had a baby 4 1/2 months ago (highest weight - 233lbs) Height: 5' 7" Age: 30 Start weight: 215lbs; Last weigh-in: 190lbs; Goal: 160lbs With the minor changes I went from waist 40" to 35 1/2" and hips 48" to 44". I have gained good health, and self esteem. And I did it only for me! "If you believe, you can achieve! Do it only for you!"
