I don't know why men don't like to eat alone but you have to watch out for the "Baby try this" or "Aren't you gonna eat with me" as well. haha this is so true... why do guys do this? he actually gets offended when I won't eat with him. |

that seems really high.. the average woman should have 21% body fat. that calculator doesn't seem like it could be that accurate. have you tried getting your body fat tested with something more reliable- like a caliper or even a scale that measures body fat?? |

I have it but I am anti taking drugs for it. It is something I try to control on my own but it can be quite a challenge at times. My mind is always racing. I zone out constantly. I fidget in movies. I drive my boyfriend crazy sometimes. I find that certain hobbies help.. although I have to be careful because before I know it, i'll have started 10 different things and then of course I don't finish anything. Coffee was mentioned.. I don't know if that's suggested for only children but I find a cup of coffee in the morning definitely helps calm me down. |

you still have 500 calories which leaves plenty of room for a snack and a light dinner. maybe have some fruit for a snack and dinner with something along the lines of grilled chicken and veggies. you will be fine, even if you do go over a little! |

Honestly the best thing that works for me is exercise. I know it's hard to exercise when it's that TOM, especially if you get bad cramps. But I pop some midol, get some light exercise, and drink plenty of water. That works for me! |

You could skip the shake and get protein other ways. A shake isn't a necessity. Maybe instead of the shake go home and eat a snack, like some nuts, or toast w/peanut butter, or eggs, something along those lines. |

My advice... the sooner you accept it the sooner you will be happy. I have the same problem. I could be 20 lbs underweight and I would still have a round, chubby face. The plus side.. it makes you look younger! People always underestimate my age. Maybe that will come in handy 30 years from now. :) |

yogurt w/granola whole wheat toast with a little peanut butter turkey sandwiches, skip the mayo hummus on pitas w/your choice of veggies soup (I go for low sodium) grilled chicken w/brown rice and veggies those are just a few things I eat that are pretty low in calories!
