Weirdest thing= ankles.

Story: So there's this gorgeous guy sitting next to me. And I catch a flash of his tan ankle (he's wearing these adori ankle socks) and BAM! sexy. I felt like such a Victorian voyeur - . -

other than that, a nice haircut is always a plus ;D

I've wondered this too... curently, I'm counting every day, trying to losing weight-- but then what? The next 40 years of my life logging every day? I imagine that when I'm new to maintenance, I'll still log, though gradually, as I get the hang of it, I'll log more intermittently. Right now though, as unfathomable as it is for me to look 20 years into the future, I definately see myself coming back to this site from time to time to keep track of myself.

I'm in! ...still haven't managed to get back to pre-holiday eating habits, ethr - _ -;;

So, a good opportunity to establish a healthy habit in two weeks... and potentially lose some lbs ' V '!!

sweet goodness YES!!! o, I've got such a horrible habit of using food to avoid doing work > x <;;; hence, I try to drink water, coffee, and chew o so many packs of gum... I'll die from artificial sweetener cancer, but I won't binge so much :P

I'll absolutely join this-- this will also be an experiment to see what happens to me when i weigh in once a week vs. per day ' v '!

I've been needing a kick in the pants to stay at kcal goal... and a super bonus when I lose those lbs!D

I've been having many "fresh days lately" :p... I just go back to 1300-1400kcals, try to drink more water... And realize that one or two days...even more days... aren't so awful in the long run.

For my eczema, i use aquaphor~~ you can get that at walmart, too. I was told that it's just re-procese petroleum jelly, except that it allows oxygen to get to your skin ++' v '++

Agree with peacelove, but it sounds interesting... at least a shake-up from the ordinary! I love my breakfast at breakfast, but the rest of my family definitely has steak sandwiches for breakfast... and they end up eating less at night, while I eat all my calories at night, while studying...++^v^++

Totally. I have to be 130 by January, or else... well, I just might cry, but more importantly, i really want my grandmother to see me as a beautiful young lady, and I know that she'd be so proud to come in january and see me so much slimmer than last time ++^v^++

And this is totally possible~~ just eat well, drink lots of water, and finally get down to exercising... No more slacking!! EVERYONE!! LET's WIN!!!

Absolutely in! I've been fluctuating from 145-149 for the past month (i like to think of 149 as body weight + 4lbs food weight ;P) But yeah--  Abuelita's coming for Christmas and I just saw her this summer, so it'd be great to get to pick her up at the aeroport weighing 134!

So, stats: Nov 1= 5"4, 149:< --> fastforward to XMas, when= 5"4, 134!

I've just gone veggie, hoping to stick it out for November, and then we'll see.. But, I assume that being vegetarian will give me a kick to lose all this fat ;D

Woah, what an awsome idea... hmmm... I'm gonna make an awesome necklace out of lbs lost-- every pound = one inch added! Who knows-- a 40 inch necklace! But, you just know, as soon as i'm done, long necklaces will go "out"... So, i'd better hurry up!
