Three years ago I had mono AND a sinus infection, yes, at the same time! Don't worry, I didn't feel too bad at all. Like, I felt ****, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, if it weren't for the fact that they took my blood and I absolutely tested positive for Mono I would have thought it was just a normal cold.

Just take it easy! Eat lots of chicken soup and vitamins : ]

Water aerobics would be super low impact, but that's also kind of like stretching I suppose. Well, swimming would kind of be like stretching, I mean. Try a stationary bike and turn up the resistance on it? There's no jarring motion and you can definitely work up a sweat! Maybe power walking? Or really, just walking at all (that is until you heal more and can start power walking/jogging). Umm... That's all I can think of right now, but, if you bike for 30 min a day and walk for 30 min a day that would be adequate exercise and should be okay for your body.

Put it up in a bun and let it dry that way (like let the sweat dry that way) and it gets these sexy waves! Then I straighten the last 2 inches and my bangs and wear it down. The dried sweat- as gross as it sounds- gives it awesome volume so I have these sexxxxxy waves mmmmm I love my hair after I work out! Maybe even more than before I work out, haha

My suggestion would be eating a serving of peanut butter, which is 2 tablespoons, and will run you 200 calories. So that's all you need and it's super convient and easy to do, just eat a big spoonful of peanut butter AND it's healthy fats!

    Okay, so, I really want to be active in this forum, I've just been so damn busy lately! I hope everyone's doing well, I'm currently involved in an epic battle with my plateau, and I finally think I'm gaining ground! My current weight is 144, which is practically what I've been for the past 2 maybe 3 months. Eek.

    Okay so I'm at 144, which I'll take because this time I feel like it's going to stick! Gosh, I'm so tired of seeing the number 145. I never want to see it again in my life :P

    I also kinda set myself back on track this morning with a little 'reality check'; I redid all of my numbers and set my activity level to sedentary and turns out I only burn 1800 a day! Well, no WONDER I haven't been losing weight for the past 6 weeks!!! I've been averaging around 1700-1800 calories a week, so I thought I had a huge deficit when really there was none at all! Somehow I let my average calories creep up from 1400 to 1800. Eek. Okay, so, I CHECKED MYSELF BEFORE I WRECKED MYSELF! But I do feel a little frustrated that I wasted the last 6 weeks. Oh well! Better late than never :D

    So I think I'm eating too much? I redid my numbers and at the sedentary level I burn 1800 a day, which, hah, for the past 6 weeks has pretty much been my average. Somehow it shifted upwards, the old average used to be around 1400 and the pounds were melting off in those good ol' days. Fabulous, I just WASTED 6 weeks!! Oh well. So my plan is to not exceed 1350 calories from now on. If I'm down to 143 next week then I win and I'm right! If not, I'll just deal with being fat forever :/ lol

    I knowwwww, and I love that she always wears jeans that flare out, with like stilettos and a leather bomber jacket. So cute! And her hair always looks fabulous! And yeah, her body is so realistic; I mean, she doesn't look stick them, but her body is still bangin! Like, a lot of women have curves, but she has the perfect curves, ya know? Like, she's thin but in the right areas lol. I can't explain it, but I know you know what I'm talking about. 

    Oy, I sound like I need to get more sleep lol

    Hmm the only time I ever had a cortisone shot was when I was super sick with a gnaley sinus infection. I had two shots, exactly one week apart (two total, not two each time). I had them in my ass, hahaha, and my sinuses immediately felt better!! I didn't have any side effects, but maybe because I had it in my ass? And not in like my knee or wrist or any area like that.

    They're super fatty, but they're not bad for you at all! I actually have an avocado sitting in my fridge as we speak, and I think I'll put some on my salad after I get back from the gym :D

    As long as you don't go over your cals or eat too much fat (I think the healthy daily amount is around 64 grams of fat) you'll be fine!

    Hey, be careful with this website because it grossly underestimates the amount of calories you should be eating! Like I typed in 117 for your weight and it averaged like 900-something calories, and you need to eat at LEAST 1200! So take all the numbers and add 300 to them, k? Otherwise you'll be hurting your body. Plus, even if you add 300 calories, you'll still lose a lot of weight.

    Uh you think YOURS is bad??? Look at my pics, the recent ones are of me in the white bikini, mine is way worse. Oh but look at it last summer!!!! (the pic of me in the pink bikini holding up the rum) I mean HOLY **** it was like a freakin tire around my waist! 

    I hate the line so much, life would be amazing without it : [ sadly we can only get rid of it by losing more weight
