well i think my maintenance is 1500 cals according to this site.  the other thing is  i dont count calories because i got to obessed with that in the past so i decided to stop quite along time ago and now just try to eat less and more healthy as it helps me to think about other stuff and what not. the other thing i wanted to know is how long would it take to tone up legs and bum from riding a bike

gi jane -so if there was a slice of bread that was 50 calories would you say its best to give another 25 onto it? or if u had a cereal bar for 90 calories could that be higher in cals to coz of extra ingredients maybe, thats always been one of my fears like that :-(

yeah it sucks having to maintain on lower than 2000.for me it takes 1500 just to maintain and 1000 just to lose a pound a week.even on my maintence calories can some days leave me feeling hungry

anyone heard of the brand name 'snack-a-jacks'? they do some nice tasteing low cal snacks. i love there chocolate popcorn only 90 cals a packet

go with this site it would proberly work out best as most people do.  the maths of 10 x body weight in lbs ive heard loads of times i dont think its true coz people who are 100 lbs or less are gonna have to maintain on such low numbers which is under 1200 ...that just sounds wrong by looking at it .

everyones so small im so jealous :-( im 5"1.5 and 33-27-35 hateing it to :( need to lose so much more.how do you people get such a small waistline ive tryed so hard for that.

dont hunger mean weightloss is working though? i always thouht you had to get use to that hunger feeling and then after a while its not such a bad feeling

its always nice to hear someone recover from binge eating im still trying to lose 14 pounds of my binge weight at the moment but i still find myself bingeing about twice or once a week theres no words to describe how much i hate it but have no control. i gotta try not steping on scales or even though i did today im just not gonna try to do it again for at least a good 2 weeks now or at least to my pants fit again

im not working out to hard ive just started to do a fitness dvd and i done 2 sections of it (20 mintutes long each) back to back on sunday and i was planning to do it 3-4 times a week so i wanna hurry up and get back into the routine. it was the squats and lunges i think that done it in my legs thats why i carnt do them right now coz they kill if i lean on them but. do u have any suggestions for exercises to losen the muscles up?

what if i start tomorrow as a new day to couning calories? would i still be putting on weight that i know i would be from last week coz i know i went way more than 3500 past mantainence calories for that week. just hope it doesnt get in the way of loseing weight for next week

im in the same boat as you im also 5"1.5t and 112 right now trying to get back down to 105 or maybe 98 again when i felt good. 2000 calories is'nt enough to gain weight on for me it takes at least 3000(from experience) and because we r the same i dont think you would have gained anythink on 2000 maybe you would have just maintained your weight as 2000 is a normal healthy intake everyday for woman.

ok thanks i might try that today but i think i should go back to not eating past 6pm in future even though i hate going to bed hungry i just hate more when wakeing up so bloated and in pain and carnt go swimming because of it. the pain sticks to my sides for ages, it takes me at least 3 days of eating light for it to go it so annoying i dont think its what i eat at night i think its just if i binge then the food from it takes long to digest

does anyone else but me get this but whenever i eat pass 4000 calories i wake up in the morning with a sort of sharp pain in my waist area and sometimes in my hips and back and i can feel it when i jog or run it feels horrobile and like i dont wanna be touched but its strange coz it feels like the food is just sitting there.oh and how long does it take for digestion off all the food to pass though for the weight to be gained

thanks for the tips the last sentence helped me as thats what i miss with a low calorie diet (the full feeling) i always binge way pass the full feeling. oh yeah i did hear that drinking water with everythink u eat adds volume to the food i might try that

glad i helped todeinotaton :) i personally like tomatoe soup bulked up with lots of curly kale or cabbage and mushrooms with a dash of salt and pepper, for me that comes to around 155 cals.

jumping rope is good it burns tones of calories and gets the heart pumping like mad its good to go jogging when skipping rope aswell or on a mini trampline with it for a effective workout.personally i can never last more than 5 minutes with a skipping rope heh.

relax, go by how your clothes fit and not how much you weigh.even if your not loseing anythink right now it could just come of within a few weeks just see how it goes. also you could be loseing inches before pounds....

a low calorie soup that could also be bulked up with vegetables as hot drinks give you that full feeling aswell and stop those stomach rumbles but you could always just eat like 200 calories less tomorrow if u go over todays limit or just burn it of before u go to bed

i love laughing cow cheeses you can get them in normal,light and extra light the extra light ones are only 20 cals a triangle which is so worth it but yeah they r yummy brings my taste buds to life

try geting a more comfetable bed and pillow aswell coz i found it hard to sleep in my one last year it was unbeliveable itchy aswell
