Italy's portions are not American sizes! Many of the meat and pasta dishes are the smallest part of the meal. Load up on veggies and salads as usual and don't forget to expericence your meal and taste. You'll be fine. |

I'm the same height and have the same goal as you! Isn't it amazing they want us to be 115? Anyway the low calorie snacks are a must if you want to feel full and stick to your diet. Sometimes you need a little protein to get you through without having a million veggies which get boring all of the time. I have veggie cheese slices, a couple of slices of deli meat, or a wedge of laughing cow. Just try not to get tempted to eat more that your allotment. If you need quantity, definitely go with the veggies or pop a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. Good luck fellow 5 footer :) |
