I really don't understand this and it's really sstarting to annoy me. Is it possible that my metabolism is just that slow now, that I can actually get ull off of a bowl of grapes?? |

Well thts the thing. I'm not sure if I should eat more cause I'm quite full and don't know if I should force myself to eat more or not to meet my requirments for the day. I'm def not hungry at the moment. Should I just wait till tomorow? |

When I started my diet and quite soda, I lost a good 10 pounds. It is true that if you drink a lot of soda, and give it up, you do lose a good amount of weight. |

| Sorry maybe I shouldn't have used the phrase "excessive" She drinks anywhere from 1-2 1/2 glasses throughout the day and she counts so she was just wondering if even though shes not gaining weight from the alcohol, could she still get a beer bellie? | |||

| breakfast: cup of kashi heart to heart with a couple of strawberries.
lunch: kashi heart to heart, strawberries, apple dinner: cup of soba noodles, cup of green beans, 2 carrots and some pb. green tea all day. having issues with eating small meals like i used to, like throughout the day...damn college. |

| I understand that. however, some people with the disorder, phsycologically truly beloieve that what their eating is substantioal and they post regardless because they don't see the harm. So, sometimes I fell that it would be better for the people who want to yell at these people for posting, to do so in another manner. It;s not always for the attention. | |||

| Hello, I'm really interested in doing this starting tomorow morning and was jsut wondering, does it really work??? I'm 5 ft 3 in and have let myself go terriby to 135 pounds. | At this point in time, I am anorexic. i'm 5ft 3in and 87 pounds. But I've recently started to give in to the fact that I need to gain weight. That's the problem....binge....I've started to binge every 4 or 5 days because I get so sick of eating sooooo incredibly healthy and low calorie that allI want is sugar or carbs of junk. I end up binging on things I don't like, things I don't eat, then I get so sick and miserable that I go back to starving myself for the next 4 days or so, then it happens all over again. I hate it and just want it to stop but I don't know how. I try so hard and each time I tell myself, ok this is it , it's going to work, but it doesn't. and now, I'm always bloated, always tired, miserable and sick. My acne has come back because of all the sugar and I've gained only about 2 pounds but I hate it cause it's all unhealthy weight that's all jiggly and disgusting. Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated. | |||

| Yes yes, I too am 5ft 3in and was very much underweight at only 87. I have a medium frame and had absolutly no energy. DO NOT make that mistake. I'd say stay where you are or maybe lose a pound or two if you like but do not go down to 90. | |||
