You are probably eating too little. I began (again) just a couple of weeks ago and I started at 1700 cal. I starved at that for the first few days and then my body adjusted. When that became comfortable I dropped it to 1600. That feels pretty good so far. If you would like to lose one pound per week your calorie intake should be 500 calories less than your burn meter. A little more deficit for a little more weight. Good luck to you. What are you doing to change your sedentary lifestyle? Walking is my favorite. |
