Try Kashi Harves Cinnamon wheat cereal.  It has a great sweet taste but is all natural.  It has an A rating on this website.

Calorie Count Burn meter question help please Feb 08 2008

The small meter that has the larger number in small type is how many calories it you would have to eat each day to MAINTAIN your weight.  The number that goes up throughout the day is how many calories you have burned so far that day.  You want your food calories to be lower than the meter to lose weight.

I was confused myself and just figured it out.  As the day progresses, it shows you how many calories you have burned so far (the bold number) and the smaller one shows how many calories it would take for you to maintain your weight.  The food meter should show fewer calories than that number if you are trying to lose weight.  Hope this helps.
