| Thanks for the congrats! I am proud of myself! I am 5'10 so hopefully I will fit, if i can remember correctly i was a size 24 in high school and fit on rides. Most of my weight is in my stomach. Soooo. My goal was to fit on the rides with my son! I will keep my fingers crossed! | |||

| Good Morning everyone!
Last week: 296 This week: 295 I have been so furstrated.......Since The beginning of January, I have been hang out around 298-295! It seems I can not lose anymore....I was doing so good I started at 360 on Sept. 24, 2007. I have lost 65 pounds now, but it sure is stopping ( or just really slowing down) I even joined a gym last month. I was exercising 5-6 days a week for 20-25 minutes, since joining the gym last month I exercise 2-3 days a week for 1-1.5 hours and get in 1 or 2 days of 20 minutes at home. I don't know, it is so disheartening! I am keeping it up but I am an emotional wreak! Sorry for my rambleings I hope the rest of you are having a better day then me! |

| feddiechick: Yes the bigger you are sometimes you lose weight faster at first. I started at 360 pounds I am now at 295! It took me just 4 months to lose 63 pounds. I started this new lifestlye on Sept. 24th, 2007. I am now down 65 pounds I have started to slow down a little, but I am now smaller and need to step up my exercise to lose more. I did it all the healthy way! | |||

| Godd Morning everyone!
Well I hopped on the scale this morning and I lost 1 pound, down to 297. It may only be 1 pound but I will take it! I even cheated alot this weekend! I will be going to the Y tonight, I will be doing 1 hour of cardio! My birthday is this weekend and I know I will be cheating a lot! LOL How is everyone else doing? Did you all catch the game last night? I loved it!! I am a Steelers fan so I was glad that the Patriots's LOST!!!!!! |

| Hello, everyone! Just wanted to check in!
I am having a bad week! I came down with strep last week and then this week I seem to be stalled at 298-299 lbs! It is disheartening to look at the scale and it not move; logically I know it is because my body is healing and I did not exercise for 1 1/2 weeks! But still!!!!! A girl's gotta vent once and a while! and with all this deficiet talk I am more confused than ever! I exercise and eat good but I do not count my calories or log my exercise, so I have no clue about any of that! For me counting calories would never work, been there done that! Hopefully everyone is having a better day than me, I am just down in the dumps. Well tomorrow is a new day!!!! :) |

| My Y does not have that other machine, but it sounds hard!
Other than the gym, what does everyone do at home to exercise? I put in Richard Simmons video's ( hey don't laugh they work...LOL), and I walk on the treadmill. |

| Good Morning girls!
Well, I went for my second night at the YWCA! I did 20 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the stepper thing as well as 1 minute on the eliptical ( that thing is hard....and I give credit for anybody who can do it for more then 1 minute!! LOL) My birthday is on the 9th and I am hopeig to be closer to 290...I am at 298 now, so we will see! Hope everyone is having a good morning! Tiff |

| Hello!
I am 27...28 in 12 days! I am currently 298 pounds at 5'10". I want to lose 170 lbs. total. I started this Sept. 24, 2007, I started at 360 lbs. I have lost 62 pounds in 4 months and hopeing my progress keeps up. I realize now that we really do have attainable goals, if I lose 62 pounds so far anyone can do it! I am going to the YWCA tonight, I am still nervous it is only my second time going! Wish me luck! Tiff |

| Good for you I am glad you realize that it is ok to indulge every once in awhile! Do not feel guiltly!
I have been at this for exactly 4 months now! I have lost 62 pounds, I was 360 and am now 298! I have a cheat meal every friday night. One meal where I get my fix for the week! It helps me to stay strong on my healthy eat ways. I do not feel deprived of anything. I fully support and encourage cheat meals! |
