| Hi!! I'm currently 172, down from 182 and my goal weight is 155, if I can ever get there. I haven't ever been that weight in my adult life. My lowest was 162. Even in highschool I was close to 200. I have a medium-large frame and a huge butt and thighs and a small waist. 40"(chest) 30"(waist) 42"(hips) butt (47.5") Nothing seems to be changing size but my waist. It gets smaller, but ecerything else remains the same. | |||

| Hi, I'm 5'8", 25, and the lowest weight in my adult life was 163. I'm 174ish right now. I would love to get to 155 but I would be happy with 160. I'm muscular , but there is fat too. I can't even imagine my body smaller than 155--I think I'd look like I was starving. Not a good look ion me. I looked right at 163. | |||

| I'm 25 years old
5' 8" at 174 pounds my goal is 155 pounds which I have never been in my life, that I can remember. My body typically likes to go to 180 when I 'm not working on it. I'm really a pretty medium frame even though CC says I'm a small frame. I'm also pretty muscular. I'm hour glass shaped with a large butt: 42", thighs: 21", and chest: 40". My waist is rather tiny in comparison: 30". |
