Hey ladies - A great week for us!  We are up to over 40 pounds lost as a group!  Yahoo!!!


Caroline (cdanda) was our winner for the week with 2 pounds lost!  Way to go girl!  I updated our thread and we had only 2 people missing as of this morning, which is pretty good.

I agree Lynne!  I do much better on weekends knowing we have weigh in on MOnday.  I used to weigh in on Fridays and it is a totally different mindset. :)

Funny you came up with the same idea I did!  I feel like I have the file open for DAYS and get it updated and then it is time to do it all over again.

 

So - for now on....I will try and remember to send out a reminder email to the group on Sunday.  Have your weigh in's into me by 5pm Mondays.  I will post by Tuesday.  I am going to update right now.

Caroline - I like reintroducing the weekly challenges also.  It would be great to have someone else take this on.  Thank you for that.  Any of the ideas you have are great.  For water to kick start weight loss, we should drink half of our body weight in ounces each day.  We could use that # vs a set amount.


Also - we could do the challenge through email too.  Whatever is easiest. 


I was up from 148.6 to 150 last week and am down to 149.2 this week. Why is it that weight is SO easy to put on and hard to take off?  A few off days with a burger and some cookies and poof!  :)

I am open to that..I like the teams because for those of us that just have a few pounds to lose, we will never be the winner.  For me, it was just motivating to help the team out and report a loss.  Does that make sense?

 I only have 4.6 more pounds to go and there are a few others like that as well.   BUT, I am open to whatever keeps people going. :)

 

I have a loss of .2 pounds again this week.  I am at 148.6 now.  :)  I had a really rough week so was ecstatic to see a loss of anything.  I would have sworn I would have been up to the 150's again.  Yahoo!

I also wanted to let you guys know that I am starting a cleanse on March 24th.  This one allows you to eat fruits, veges, and lean protein.  YOu can also have brown rice.  I am shooting for 10 days.  My goal is to just get rid of toxins, hopefully kick start another weight loss burst, and then to curb my sweet tooth.  If anyone is game, you can read more information here.  The one I am doing is the wholesome medley on page 15 and I just have the SP Cleanse product, which is $25 for the bottle and can last you 21 days.

Jen- I did see you post and was waiting to see what was happening with the other team so we could put you in the appropriate spot.  Keep checking back to see how this all ends up.

 

I know we will keep going.  Most likely, we will just put Jen on the Sexy Mama's team and hope a few more join.

Hot Mama's - if the sexy mama's are going to quit, I say we keep going and just motivate each other.  We will miss them but I love having people that I am accountable to and who are depending on me to not gain and hopefully lose.
